"Check-in was super easy, host was a great communicator & let us know all details in advance and was quick to answer any questions we had. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishes and plenty of room for us 6 adults & 5 kids. The listing pictures honestly didn’t do it justice! It was so nice!"

"Wow! This beautiful home is as advertised! Great location! Great beach and pool and spa! Our 3 generation gathering really enjoyed the bedroom options and many special touches like the game room and cozy oceanview couches. Our hosts were super responsive and helpful too. We will definitely look to return to this great house again!"

"Overall amazing place to stay, communication was amazing, quick responses, everything that we needed was available at your fingertips, poop was super clean, grill was a nice added feature, and tons of room for more than one family! Definitely would stay again. The beach is literally 150 yards in 2 different entrances, could t be in a better location!"

"The house itself was absolutely amazing—beautiful, comfortable, and a wonderful place to stay. We had a few minor issues during our visit, but the management company was fantastic and addressed everything immediately. They were extremely responsive and attentive throughout our stay.Unfortunately, the biggest negative was the guests staying in the neighboring home, which is also managed by the same company. Their children were allowed to scream for extended periods, and loud children’s music was frequently blasted outside. We completely understand that families are on vacation and that children make noise, but this went well beyond normal family or vacation noise. At times, it made it very difficult to relax outside and enjoy the beautiful property.There was also a diaper and clothing left outside near our property for several days, from the neighboring guests, which only added to the frustration.We contacted management regarding the excessive noise, and to their credit, they responded immediately and reached out to the neighboring family asking them to be respectful of the surrounding guests. We really appreciated their efforts.None of this reflects negatively on the home itself or the management company. The house was exceptional. Unfortunately you can’t pick your neighbors and houses are very close to each other."

"Wonderful week, with my entire family, ages 10-78! The pool and hot tub were highlights, along with the 2nd and 3rd floor decks where my parents could see all of the grandkids on the beach, without having to get down to the sand themselves. Having chairs, boogie board, an umbrella, towels and linens at the house for our use (along with an elevator) made it really easy from a travel standpoint as well. We plan to return next season!"

"Our family of 22 stayed here for a week. It was absolutely wonderful! We always vacationed at OBX but Holden Beach is now our go to place! The home was lovely, comfortable, so clean. Very well equipped better than any place we ever stayed at. Plus Lucie was terrific. Quick to respond to any and all questions. Thank you!!"
