"Our family reunion included everyone from age 2 - 72, and we had spacious accommodations to reconnect and refresh by the water. A few maintenance areas needed to be addressed, but the rental company was responsive and attentive. We enjoyed the privacy of the island’s west end and proximity to the lagoon there as well. A stocked kitchen helped us have everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. "

"Our stay was one for the ages: the pool, the views, the hot tub, the location and of course the house itself is most magnificent. We had three generations with us during our vacation stay. There was plenty of room for all ages (8months-60 yrs of age) to enjoy all three floors of the house. We will definitely book again. Thank you so much to the wonderful Hosts of The Reel View II."

"Location is amazing, house was super clean, and their management team was top notch! When we first got there, the air conditioner was broken, but within a short period of time, the management team was out and by the next morning the air conditioner was back up and running. Which was essential because the real feel temperature was 113. Every rental should have a management team as good as theirs was. That quick response allowed us to have a wonderful relaxing vacation."

"The house was clean, comfortable, and had all the things we needed plus for our family beach week at OIB. The view of the inter-coastal waterway from the back of the house was amazing! The beach was a short walk and the house even had a little wagon for all our beach stuff. Heather was a great host, responding quickly to any question we had. Definitely look forward to coming back!"

"This was the first family vacation we have had since my father died 10 years ago. It was great to be together as a family including brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins and significant others and our mom. 28 in total for 2 homes and this home by far was the absolute best. It wasn't a perfect stay for us or the owner when it came to appliances or WIFI, but rest assured the owner handled every little staffu timely and with a smile. My family actually damaged the putting green, and the owner handled it very professionally (it wasn't good...). The owner's kids are also in the family business and also represented with fair and reasonableness. We rate this place as a 10"

"On the Rocks was FANTASTIC!!! Everything was well thought out in this layout and provided plenty of spaces to hang out from pool side games, bottom floor game room with the ping pong table, second floor common area for games, large sectoinal in the family room for chiling and a HUGE 12 person table. Everything in the kitchen was labels to know how many and where everything went. This touched a special place for my OCD nature :) The decks on each floor were very spacious and relaxing in both the front and the back of the house. The rooms/bathrooms were great and provided plenty of comfortable living space. When we arrived everything was very clean and you could tell a lot of pride is taken in this place.The close proximity to the beach made it a short walk to go to/from the beach whenever we wanted. Plus, there was an uobstrucuted view to the water. Great to sit on the deck every morning/evening and take it in. The only minor onte would be for a house this size meant for large groups could offer a larger beach shade beyond the umbrellas. "
