"Pros: Ein liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Tiny Haus für zwei Personen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar und haben gleich auftretende Probleme gelöst. "Das Haus war ok. Zwei Zimmer haben eine abenteuerliche Treppe als Zugang. Am 3. Tag gab es in der unteren Wohnung kein warmes Wasser mehr. Erst am nächsten Tag kam der Mann der Besitzerin, konnte den Schaden bis zur Abreise nicht beheben, trotz großer Versprechungen. Das war eine erhebliche Einschränkung, nur eine Dusche für 7 Personen. Es wurdev eine Entschädigung zugesichert, dieses aber nicht eingehalten. Also, Vorsicht bei diesen Vermietern."

"Hotel romance was a wonderful place to stay in Karlovy Vary. It was a little difficult to get there from the train station as you had to take a bus and then walk down to the hotel. Apple Maps gave us the wrong directions, and we climbed a huge set of stairs and then walk down the street to the same place. However, after getting their list, app could not have been nicer. The breakfast food was delicious and I had a wonderful massage."

"Great property. Beautiful exterior. Lovely dining hall. Rooms were spacious and clean. Reception was friendly and helpful. Very close to the bus and train stations and walkable to rest of Karlovy Vary. I would definitely stay here again."
