9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,005 reviews)
We enjoyed our stay at Stage 12 Hotel by Penz. The location was great, within old town and just steps away from shopping, restaurants, and major attractions. We got a balcony room with a mountain view, which was definitely worth the upgrade. The views were incredible! However, the room itself was VERY tiny, and the bed was not very comfortable. The reception staff was kind and helpful. We also enjoyed drinks at the downstairs bar, and the bartenders were fabulous. We spoke with Anna quite a bit, and it was a joy meeting her. Overall, our stay was good and we would recommend!

"The whole experience was unreal and I'm not sure I can holiday anywhere else with kids ever again. The kids club, activities, staff, food, spa, pool, room - EVERYTHING was amazing. If you're English and worried about language barriers for the kids, we had no issues, all the staff speak great english ..."
