"Good hotel and nice staff. Bar was closed very early and waiters could not give dessert at 21:30, but the dessert fridge was just standing next to our table. Heating was a bit noisy in the room. We will for sure recommend, really nice stay"
"I'll start by saying that I'm not a comfortable complainer. I also don't like to leave generally negative reviews, but I can only speak as I find.
I've spent a month touring Europe alone on my motorbike so I've spent a lot of time (and money) on various styles of hotels with varying price brackets.
First the positives - front of house staff were friendly and the view was main selling point.

"Impeccable staff and hotel. Customer service was first rate. 5 minutes walk to tram, bus and funicular into centre of city. You can also walk into the centre from the hotel for the adventurous.
