Staff was amazing and very attentive. The breakfast was lovely, many options. There’s a 24 hour coffee machine which was great. Room was updated and exceptionally clean, ac worked which is not the case in many places. Neighborhood was lovely and very walkable, more residential but upscale and very quiet. Terrace was great to enjoy breakfast and just hang out. Would recommend for solo or group travel.

Such a well situated hotel slap bang in the middle of Manhattan, walking distance to most sightseeing/tourist hubs. Room was fantastic, spacious, tea/coffee making machine, fridge which was a bonus, would 100% stay here again. 5*

The hotel was a bit dated and needed some minor cosmetic upkeep, cracked drywall and peeling paint . The bathroom is awkwardly small ,!Overall the bathroom, bed and room were clean so it did deliver on those things. Would I stay hear again? Maybe , either way I’m not running to this place or away from it so take that for what it is, from a random person reviewing a hotel online.

I have never stayed at a hotel that utilized the key card for access to the room AC and lights. Quite unique for me.
There was one glitch. Not all the elevators would accept our key card to go to our floor. This created unnecessary delays getting back and forth. We were in 0822, if that helps to target the issue.
The breakfast that was included was quite delicious. There were plenty of options that I could eat with my food allrrgies.
With the exception of the elevator issue, we had a very comfortable stay.
