"The quanlity of the service was overall excellent. My constructive feedback is towards the concierge department. They mentioned they connected with another TAJ hotel restaurant on my request to make dinner reservations. This restaurant did not accept reservations but i was told they registered my name so the restaurant was aware i was to arrive with my guests. However, the restaurant did not register my name and the manager there confirmed thisby showing me the guest list. I sought clarification upon returning to the Taj Palace but again no explanations were provided. I found this lack of communication from their end rather disheartening. I would have appreciated an explanation.
The service of Amrita, the management trainee was good. Th restaurant sea lounge was amazing boh for the food and service. The waiter staff Goydi and Kavya were excellent.Th constructive feedback that I provided to the manager Sagnik was well received. The service at the poolside was rather slow and my partner had to physically get up from our table and ask for a aiter after waiting about 10 mins. The interesting part was that it wasn't even busy in appearance and a few of the staff were horsing around by themselves. I hope that the training program for these youngsters improve as it reflects poorly on the hotel brand. The pool staff and the health club staff were all amazing notably Appa, Parmeswer and Yogesh who went above and beyond to provide amazing service.
The shamiana restaurant needs an upd"
"Fully recommend. Staff are incredible, polite. In such a busy city this is the perfect hotel to go back to and relax. The high tea is not as great as it is talked about - better off having dinner at some of the restaurants in the hotel.
Will definitely come back."
"Premium sea view room was lovely, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is good and managed well unlike other big hotels where breakfast is usually a chaos. All the restaurants in the Hotel are fantastic. Last but not the least the Cuffe Parade Metro Station right outside is so convenient. It’s ideal to travel to the Airport, Bandra and so many other places without the hassle of getting taxis and being stuck in traffic. "
"Wonderful staff who helped when my elderly father was sick. We stayed in a large family room, watch feels like a mini apartment, ideal for a family of three or four.. This is our second stay here.. The staff remembered us fondly from last year..it is located in a quiet, beautiful part of Mumbai and the hotel itself is an historic building..Will certainly stay again next time my family is in Mumbai."
"Wonderful team looking after us, thank you. Rooms were clean. Food was excellent. Everyone so friendly and went out of their way to help at every opportunity. We had a great time!"
"Every aspect of the Four Seasons in Mumbai spells comfort, class and sophistication. The staff at every touch point provided exemplary service. They were customer centric and very accommodating. The breakfast spread was large and multi cuisine. The rooftop lounge restaurant AER was stunning with incredible views. This was an oasis within the very noisy city of Mumbai. "
