Spent 16 nights, the staff made me feel very welcome and at home. The room, location and amenities were excellent. 100 percent recommend. The staff felt like old friends by the time I was to leave.

Let down!

The hotel needs major renovations since everything is old and falling apart. The staff however were outstanding and the food from their restaurant was delicious. Breakfast choice’s sucked and they were delivered to your room. I will probably never stay there again for that price.

Foreigners stay away! The room was nice enough, but the service was awful. I was told dinner was at 6:30 (it states as such on their menu). I try to place an order at 6:30 at reception, they tell me it starts at 7:30. I return at 7:30, they tell me it starts at 8. I return at 8, finally they take my order. 9pm rolls around and no food. I have to track down staff for help. None of them will help me or pretend to understand so I go away. Luckily one of the other guests saw me struggling and helped coerce the staff into getting me food. For several breakfasts and dinners I had to endure this. Sometimes reception would take my order and the food never came, but it still ended up in my bill at checkout. On top of this I was a bit ill so which made it so much worse. I cannot recommend this hotel to foreigners at all.

Comfortable

The girl was good and the staff really good, very courteous and helping. Erin's though are a little small for free movement. Overall good value for money considering the neighborhood.

Good solid stay

This is 3 star hotel so fell right within our expectations. Nothing flash but quite satisfactory. We were having dental work at Dentzz just a few minutes walk around the corner so brilliant location for that. Staff were friendly and conscientious. Wi-Fi was patchy and needed rebooting regularly in an adjacent room.

AVOID this hotel

Beds are riddled with bedbugs. Had to go to Doctor who confirmed it was bites from bedbugs and had to get a prescription. Despite the evidence the hotel tried to deny but nobody working behind the desk are medical experts so no refund despite having to move hotel !!! Avoid at all costs - absolutely disgusting

I needed a room for one night and booked this online because an airport shuttle was listed as one of the amenities. I spent at least an hour at the airport looking for the shuttle and called the property several times. Finally, I got in an Uber to the hotel. When I checked in, I was told "no, no shuttle." I was put in a dumpy room overlooking the street with very loud street noise all night. I would not recommend this property.
