It was lovely. All the staff were very attentive and went out of their way to assist you. Just be aware that if you are on one of the upper floors there can be late parties (3am finish) on the roof top bar which you will hear. Otherwise, a little oasis of calm surrounded by chaos . Otheriw

Fariyas Hotel
Clean room, great breakfast , friendly staff of varying competence. Lady on the front desk is completely useless, she does not answer queries just turns and asks another staff member. Two senior waiters in the restaurant are excellent, doorman is obliging

White Pearl Colaba
The room was spotless, the staff were very welcoming, the air conditioning and the lift were a welcome treat. The amenities were very thoughtful. The only things that surprised me was that the room had no windows and the wifi did not work. The location was excellent, a very walkable area.
