"The stay was expensive for the condition the property is in. While staff members were great, the room was crowded and poorly designed. Our room was charged at the “Mountain View” rate, but basically looked out at the other side of the courtyard."

"The rooms are dated and need to be upgraded. The TV didn’t offer any streaming and we were limited to watching live TV. There were built in lights in the bedroom that stayed on all night. We had to figure out ways to cover these nightlights - kind of frustrating. I also don’t like resort fees - make that part of the rate. I thought I had pre-paid for my room but had to pay an additional $137 when I got there. I didn’t use any of the amenities. "

"Nice place. Several pools and hot tubs. Indoor and outdoor. We enjoyed the sauna and gym also. Perfect for cooking your own meals. Full sized fridge and communal grills. Next time we will skip the time share presentation "

"This property has all the looks and none of the personality. Would love to see what’s possible with a lively, attentive and professional staff. Cons: Rooms are dark, shower was out of body wash, metal coffee cups were rusted inside, coffee in-room was inconvenient and could not AirPlay on TV for kids (very limited channels). Pros: Pizza from the general store was amazing, games and grass areas were a hit with kids, beds are plush and comfy, decor is incredible. We love the intention and vibe, it needs help with execution. "
