Nice, bright and clean, spacious bilevel with a family room and full bath on both floors. Huge master and kitchen on main floor and 3 bedrooms, family room and bath in walk out lower level. 2 Story deck and fenced yard, double drive. 1 mile to either x-way I-64 and I-265 Close to major new park, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Fully furnished, and maintained, easy carefree living during your stay. Pets are considered but additional fees will apply. Lease may be extended.
The space
Spacious house and layout 22 sf, with a door plan the allows privacy if wanted. Two separate tv areas, and several tv's in bedrooms. Large eat-in, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room.

You Get the WHOLE house and fenced yard and 2 decks and patio. Smoking allowed outside.
