Just don't understand the set up of breakfast (which I found to be the same at other best westerns) Why is the food staged first and a few places DOWN the line are the plates. Seems to make obvious since to put the plates FIRST then the food. Confused about that."

"The hotel was not well-maintained. The carpet in the common areas needed vacuuming, and there was mold in the shower. When I requested towels, the front desk staff appeared annoyed and only provided four bath towels instead of a full set. Additionally, there was no one at the front desk when I arrived, which made check-in inconvenient."
