This is our home we build in Dec 2023 and we offer it for short stays when we are travelling or on holiday.

With a huge open living area of 150m² and 550m² Garden the property offeres everything you need for a luxurious stay.

✓ Please dont wear shoes inside the house since it will scratch the wooden floor

✓Since its our home the kitchen and bathroom Cabinets and fridge will have some of our stuff. You are welcome to use our Coffee beans and Tea selection.

✓ Please be very careful with the velvet chairs. They get dirty very easily and the stains dont come off

✓ Parken: €15/ Tag. Reservierung nötig

✓ Rauchverbot: Bei Rauchgeruch in der Wohnung wird eine extra Gebühr von €500 erhoben.

✓If you use the grill in the garden please clean it. If not cleaned we will have to charge you an extra €40 for cleaning the grill. We can provide you with a new 11kg grill gas bottle for €27. The bottle is a refill bottle and our property and not to be taken away.

✓Pool season: The pool can be used during May- Sept. Oct- April it is closed with no water. Please note that the pool is open in the garden and therefore cant be fully free of dirt, leaves etc... Please make sure not to take any glass Objekts near the pool. Since if glass breaks the pool will fully of glass bits which can cause serious injury. We have plastic cups and plates for the outside. Please use them.

✓You will need to provide a copy of your Passport to check-in. The copy should be sent via Email prior to check-in.

✓ Please dont jump on the sofas since they might break in the middle.

✓Any issues found should be reported to us with pictures the day you check-in so that we can come and verify the issues and do what is necessary to solve them.

✓ During May - October the gardner might come during your stay to maintain the garden and water the plants.

✓ If you have Pets please make sure they dont urinate in the garden. Urine is toxic and kills the grass in the area.

✓ Please be aware that the garden is an outdoor area with plants, trees and flowers. So there will be ants, insects, flies, bees, birds etc. During the summer months we work to maintain the garden so the Gardner might come to water the planst, mow the lawn etc. between May - Aug.
