Important info that is NOT in the listing. This unit is up 4 flights of stairs. That’s 80 steps with your luggage. Luckily we are able-bodied, but if we weren’t, there was no warning. It also is a 1 bedroom, not 2. The owner is counting the living room as a bedroom. There are a lot of plants - about 1/3 are dying with leaves dropped all over. The refrigerator was dirty and had a moldy onion, shriveled tomatoes, and an opened carton of milk in it. Went to make coffee and found it full of used coffee grounds. Clothes washer door didn’t latch properly, so unusable, the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. The shower didn’t drain properly, but we found some drain cleaner that helped that situation. When I couldn’t find the hairdryer I was told the previous guests must’ve taken it. Also - things were not put away - so we had to move the owner’s items to be able to use space. On the positive side - the bathrooms were clean and the real bed was comfortable. It was a reasonable walk to Oktoberfest. The owner was responsive to messages, but was out-of-town during our stay. VRBO noted external reviews that had a very high rating - which was misleading.
