Apartment 'Appartement 5' with Shared Terrace and Wi-Fi

The apartment has 3 rooms, each separated by room doors.



Room 1 has 2 single beds, which can be put together to form a double bed. It has a small seating area and a kitchen with stove, fridge, kettle and coffee machine. The most necessary crockery is provided - glasses, cups, plates and cutlery.



Room 2 also has 2 single beds, which can be put together to form a double bed if required, and a seating area with table.



Room 3 has a single bed.



Access to a small balcony.



The apartment has a bath/shower, WC and SAT-TV.



Towels in classic size are provided, but no shower towels. These would have to be brought by yourself if required.

The accommodation offers access to a shared covered terrace.

Our guesthouse is located in the district of Munich, just a few minutes' drive from the A99 motorway. Putzbrunn is the ideal starting point for all destinations in and around Munich. Only a few kilometres to the Riem trade fair, the PEP shopping centre or the Phoenix swimming pool in Ottobrunn / outdoor pool in Haar. The Allianz Arena can be reached in 20 minutes, Munich Airport in 30 minutes.



In the centre of Putzbrunn you will find all the important shops (within walking distance) such as a pharmacy, bakery with breakfast facilities, banks and restaurants.



For smokers there is a small lounge on the balcony and smoking is also permitted on the ground floor in the outdoor area.

Breakfast is possible on site with advance notice and for a fee. Please inform your hostess directly after booking if you would like to take advantage of this offer.



There are 12 parking spaces in the courtyard (subject to availability). Additional free parking is available on the street.

Families with children are welcome.

One pet is allowed for a fee.

Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.

Please observe the quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am and be considerate of other guests.
