Dirty room & no pillows = big disappointment
The Coffee Fellows Hotel seems like a great option on paper, but we really had a disappointing experience. 1. The room was dirty: floors had a layer of dirt that turned out socks brown when we walked around. The bedding on the pull-out sofa was used AND they didn’t provide bedding for it. The response to the dirty floors, slippers. The front desk gave us two pairs of slippers for seven people staying in the large apartment room instead of having housekeeping attend to it. 2. The first night we noticed that there were not enough pillows. I went down to the front desk, because there isn’t a phone in the room to call the front desk. The person at the desk said they don’t have any pillows. My response was, my father in law will be down in a few minutes with his opinion if I don’t return with pillows for him. All of a sudden he found one for me. I asked for four pillows and got one. He blamed it on a staffing issue. He then told me that housekeeping would come up the very next day and make everything perfect in our room and how sorry he was for this. The next day when we returned back from our day out, nobody had been in our room and we still didn’t have enough pillows. I went straight to the front desk again. The same man was there and told me: no, housekeeping comes once every five days. 3. The room ran out of body wash, I walked back down for that. They did not have any, but I was handed liquid hand soap and was told, it’s basically the same.

Beim Frühstück herschte Chaos pur, keine Kaffeetasen, Tische wurden nicht gereinigt, das Buffet war mehr oder weniger leer, vereinzelt waren noch Brot zu finden. Also vom Buffet zu sprechen ist dann schon bisschen schwierig. Als Nachfrage bei der Reception bekommt man lapidar die Antwort, Sorry wegen Krankheit ist es heute chaotisch. Hm, da macht man sich das Leben schon sehr einfach.

Motel next to train station to downtown Munich
Good motel, clean and spacious. Restaurant available In motel but closed on Sunday. No coffee machine in room. Located in industrial zone. One restaurant at 600 meters walking. 50 meters from S-Bahn (train) to downtown Munich (20-25 minutes) every 20 minutes or so.

Staff and guests would stay up well into the night smoking in front of the hotel room window. This would have been fine if it wasn't overly hot and stuffy in the building requiring the window to be open to cool down enough to sleep.

Direct next door S8 station to City and Airport
Excellent location to go to city - direct S8 that goes downtown or to airport. It is located on the other side of same building (150m from entrance). The area is in development so besides bakery, Burger King and Pharmacy not much to do. You can also find restaurants in nearby Germering (1 station oppostite direction from Munich). I liked parking garage and for sure will stay there again. Apartment we got for 5 people was huge, TV and windows in every room, balcony, 2 toilets,...

I enjoyed my two night stay here. It was clean, friendly and simple. It is located on the edge of Munich next to Freiham station, about 20 minutes from the main station on the S-Bahn train. I also got the train from Freiham to the airport on my last day, so that was convenient. They don't have kettles in the rooms, but there is a bakery down the road. If I come back to Munich, which I hope I do, I would stay here again.

Convenient motel
This new, cost-effective and convenient motel is located right next to a train station 8 stops away from Munich central station with a comfortable bed and pillow. The room was clean and I liked the shower and the soft and fluffy towels although the bathroom was a bit small. I enjoyed my stay at this motel except for the noise in the early morning followed by a jackhammer.

Friendly staff and clean comfortable Motel
Nice and clean hotel and walking distance to train station. Very good food in its restaurant and reasonable price. Breakfast is fine for a 3 star hotel. There is nothing in surrounding area apart from business park and you need to go to next town for restaurants and shops.

Good motel, close to S-Bahn station
Room is clean, decent size for the price, with a TV, free wifi, and its own washroom/shower. Breakfast is a basic set including bagels, slices of cheese and sausage, 2 kinds of juice, boiled eggs and tea/coffee. According to the notice on the wall, however you're allowed to pack a lunch bag using breakfast stuff - needs confirmation. Staff is friendly, understanding and speak both German and English.

Small room, but clean and in good condition. Motel is located in an area with lots of construction, so the noise was a problem. No a/c, can't imagine staying in the summer,
