Cozy apartment in the 5-lake region

The flat for 2 people is located in Geisenbrunn-Gilching on the outskirts of town. The S-Bahn station is less than a 10-minute walk away, the city centre is about 30 minutes away, and Ammersee lake is only 20 minutes away in the opposite direction. The A96 motorway (Lindau-Munich) is less than 5 minutes away.
Shopping facilities are available in the neighbouring communities of Gilching and Germering.

The 2-room flat with a kitchenette in the living room was newly built at the end of 2019 and is located on the first floor of a detached house with a separate entrance.

The flat is lovingly furnished. The living room has a comfortable leather sofa where you can relax, read books or watch TV.
This room also has a fully equipped kitchenette.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed. The two oversized duvets provide cosy warmth.
If you need to work on your computer, there is a table in the living room where you can do so.
The real oak parquet flooring in the living room and bedroom gives the rooms a special character.

The flat faces east, so the rooms are wonderfully bright from early in the morning.

There are many excursion possibilities in the 5-Lakes Region! We are happy to provide tips. The nearby forest and lakes also invite you to take a walk and linger.

The flat is suitable for short stays as well as longer stays, e.g. for business trips.

Wonderful owners - great location for sightseeing

We enjoyed being outside the hustle and bustle of Munich but yet close enough to enjoy all the sights of this beautiful city! Also an easy drive to neuschwanstein castle. You have everything you need for several days stay.

It was a nice respite from the busy city. It was easy to take the train- about 30 min total to city center. Apartment was spacious, bright, clean, and stocked. Only thing missing was coffee (only decaf left) :) but we managed! The owners were so pleasant and helpful. He even offered to take us into town to show us where some authentic shops were! Would def stay here again if visiting Munich and didn’t want to be right in the middle of the city.

The apartment had all that you would need. Clean and good amount of space. Nice/bright. Skylight are lovely and can be opened or closed. Neighborhood quiet and safe

Great flat for our stay near Munich

This was a fantastic flat to stay in. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and there were all the kitchen equipment to make a wonderful dinner. The owners were very helpful in answering all questions. It was a great location to easily get into Munich for the day, nice and quiet, and made it an easy getaway to the south to continue on our journey. Only slight issue was the skylight over the bed. It was great other than the sun coming in nice and early. It would only be bothersome for light sleepers.

Wunderschöne, bestens ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Sehr ruhig gelegen mit besonders herzlichen Gastgebern.Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl (heimisch) gefühlt. Freundliche helle ruhige Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt am Ortsrand mit schönem Blick über die Gärten in die Felder. Die A96 ist nahe gelegen, so dass man gut hin kommt und auch nach München gut angebunden ist, aber auch die umliegenden Seen schnell erreicht. Baulich sehr schön hell und nach oben mit viel Raum, gemütlich eingerichtet und praktisch ausgestattet, alles in sehr gutem Zustand. Freundlich und unkompliziert.
