Our room’s carpeting was filthy! We never got a refill of coffee mugs or coffee packs. The thermostat was set as low as it would go and with air conditioning on yet the temperature wouldn’t go below 26 degrees. We had to open the window to let cool air in but the noise is unreal and smoking right below our windows so sneezed anytime I was in my room. Anytime anyone in a room near us shut their door it banged our headboards. Parking in the deck is quite the premium cost when we are already paying a lot of money to stay at the hotel. And if you don’t mind being 2 doors down from the brothel/strip club then this is the hotel for you

The room smelled of cigarettes badly. I asked to change the room, and the staff named Omar gave me the room, however said the first room did not smell of cigarettes when it very well did. The second room was a little better with the cigarette smells but had pee stains on the carpet, and the kettle was filled with dust and leaking water and the curtains have some horrible stains. I asked him to come see the room which he did and he said as if I am the one who caused the pee stain on the carpet. It was an extremely unpleasant experience. I always hold IHG Hotels to high standards but this definitely failed. I had even taken photos of the uncleanliness and they said no it cannot be cleaned. Booking at any hotel or B&B, guests expects cleanliness which is the most basic thing for hotels. I will most definitely never stay in this hotel again.

Good stay in Munich
Good deal hotel. Easy access some free parking spaces in the patio (if not space available there is garage under hotel per EUR22 daily fee. Good included breakfast. The room is good for 2 people. I was in 3 people so little tight. I was driving a car so was convenient to me. Some food options near by (McDonalds KFC and market).

Free parking slot is limited
In Hotels.com while I did reservation, it mentioned 'Free Parking", actually free parking slot is limited only couple of cars can park, hence you need to park at building ground park, and hotel will charge Euro22 / night.

the area is quiet, clean and close to the restaurants and a market. The place is clean. Breakfast is good and all the staff are very friendly.

The hotel is a little far out from the city. Not close to the U. You need to take a bus to get to the U. There is some free parking but very limited, if full you need to park in the garage. No refrigerator in the rooms if you do have medicine that needs to be refrigerated they will hold behind the bar. The staff was great. We really enjoyed the breakfast. Hotel is close to a McDonald's. I don't think the rooms are cleaned that good. When we came back from a long day there were still razor savings in the sink. The floor looks like its rear lying vacuumed. Dirty cups were just left in the room. Neighborhood feels safe.

Really enjoyed my stay.hotel was super.great location.only downside was it was a bit busy at breafast.bit tight for seating as there was a lot of guest.but the breakfsst was delicious. Plenty of choice
