Very helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast. I loved the lack of miniature products in the bathroom - having refillable shower gel, etc is very eco friendly. Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn't working during our stay, which made the room uncomfortable to sleep in.

Family trip for the Christmas markets
7 of us stayed here for a weekend visit to the Christmas markets. The service is great and the rooms are spacious. The pillows are extremely soft with some of us struggling to sleep on them. The shower got blocked in one of our rooms and it turned out after maintenance had been that the plughole hadn't been fully cleaned which isn't great but was only a blip on an otherwise great stay. There's a Lidl up the road, a bus stop and burger place right outside the hotel. We had rented a car, parking at the hotel is €15 a night which is steep however if you're lucky you can find parking on the road which is free. Would stay here again.

The rooms were nice but hot and the only way to cool off was by opening a window with no screen which let in all kinds of bugs and we had to move to another room. Had to sleep without clothes because it was so hot in the room! The Aroma Therapy Shower was nice and Breakfast was amazing though!

The hotel is 10 mins away from the UBahn and a 14 minute ride to the Bahnhof. With that said, this was a very clean and well organized hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our one night stay.

Great Hotel in South Munich
This is my go to hotel when in Munich for business. It’s near the subway only a 5 minute walk. There is an amazing beer garden 1 block away. The hotel is modern, clean, and convenient. The rooms are very small so this is better for solo travel.

Not save after dark
Hotel located far from the city in less save area and walk to the train station takes 15 mins. Didn't feel save arriving to the hotel after 11pm neither when was coming back from the city between 9-10pm. Generally food in a restaurant is a good quality. Double bed is made from 2 singles pooled together with space in the middle (who love double bed when you have a row in the middle?!)and 2 single duvets ( if you are a couple 2 single duvets are not great, no difference to twin room). Wouldn't stay there again, there are better hotels and cheaper in a safer neighborhood.

Great location for me stay, 5-7 min the ubahn walking, great hamburger jointed across the road which was fairly priced. Food ok on the hotel. Clean and warm.

Excellent Hotel & Very good location !
This is excellent Hotel close to the city. The rooms very clean and bed very comfortable. Convenient parking just 15 eur for night - that is easy to access from the Hotel elevator. Hotel Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Perfectly adequate
Clean, smart and modern hotel clearly aimed at the business market. Poor location for tourists with nearest U-Bahn/S-Bahn stops a good 10-15 minute walk (though bus stops were closer). Hotel itself was fine in the way all of those business market type hotels are, and staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and tastefully decorated though lacking any real character. Perfectly adequate but not exceptional.

Newly constructed hotel, nice rooms, OK surroundings and communication, good breakfast. Bus 53 at the doorstep (every 10 min), U3, U6, S7 easily reachable either by 53 bus or by foot. Lidl, Aldi, Penny, pubs and restaurants closeby.
