You get what you pay for. But overall, this is a decent hotel to spend a few days. However, the room is very small, without a table (as previous reviews mentioned). Lots of dust on every surface. Daily cleaning isn't done properly. Included breakfast is good.

This hotel was better than expected. It’s a 15 minute walk from the central train station in Munich. The breakfast was lovely with a selection of sausages, eggs(scrambled and boiled), bacon, crusty bread rolls, amazing pretzels, cheeses, meats, fruit and cereal. The room was small but lovely with an amazingly comfortable bed and good shower. Would definitely stay here again. The staff were helpful and lovely.

The room is well worth the price, and a good breakfast is included, yes. It’s close to the main train station, most attractions and restaurants are within walking distances, the area is in a quiet neighborhood, away from any major disturbances, I would recommend this hotel, at a good price.

The hotel is very close to the Munich ZOB and also the Theresienwiese U-bahn stop. We stayed for one night because we had an early-morning appointment in Munich, and we were arriving/departing via FlixBus and also needed access to the subway. I will gladly stay there again and for longer given we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms and the breakfast.

Convenient Hotel within walking distance to Oktoberfest. Also about 10 minute walk to the Hackerbruck Station (S-Trains) and Main Munich Train station.

The pros… great proximity to park. Courtyard facing was nice Cons… very small room without a chair, hooks for towels, broken electrical socket, leaking toilet or cubby in shower for shampoo, etc

We had to cancel our trip to Munich due to a health emergency 28 days before arrival. We understood that there was a no refund policy 30 days prior to stays. We called the hotel hoping for consideration but, of course, they upheld their policy. In lieu of a refund we asked for a date change to be arranged once our health crisis had passed. The woman receptionist said that was possible if done timely. She was thanked and told we would call back once we knew when we could travel. In a last effort to possibly get an actual refund we contacted Expedia to assist. A gentleman representative also called the hotel and was given the same options. We were told we would need to rebook by 72 hours before the planned arrival date. Expedia sent me a copy of the transcript of our conversation. Within the allotted time we attempted to reschedule and a penalty equal to the original charged amount imposed. Again, we reached out to Expedia for help. We explained the previous call and asked her to check the written history of the call. She did contact the hotel and was told that we had called already and were told that we could not rebook. That did not happen. It was clear by her tone that the Expedia representative supported what was being said by the hotel. I sent a copy of the transcript to both the hotel and Expedia with no response.

Dirty and AC does not function
The room was dirty. The air conditioner didn’t work. They did not fix the air conditioner and would not move me to another room. Would not give a refund. I would definitely recommend to stay somewhere else.

I really wasn’t expecting much from the appearance outside the building but was pleasantly surprised. Modern clean excellent breakfast across from a nice shopping mall walkable to train station nice staff close to Oktoberfest. Only negative was the air conditioning is kinda lukewarm air that blows, not cools, and shuts off when not there because key not in the wall electricity socket.

Absolutely stunning experience. Very nice rooms, very nice service, very friendly staff and a very very good breakfast buffet! Location is not far from u2 u-bahn station with only 1 stop to the main München trainstation! From me and my son a clear 10/10

This hotel was surprisingly good. Cons, staff aren't that pleasant, but sometimes in Europe, I think English is the main issue. Pros, reasonably priced, clean, good area, close to the train station and walking distance to Old Munich, and the breakfast was way above what I expected. The room is tiny, but it was only me and my wife, so we managed. I definitely would stay again.

The hotel's first impression was not good as the check-in counter/reception is not where the rooms are located. Both the check-in counter/reception and breakfast buffet was located in the associated hotel in the next door building. Not convenient and cosy especially during the snow and in winter. Bed is comfortable but the rooms are tiny, only enough to open one luggage and one cabin luggage. Also, it is probably not the best choice if you are travelling with a lot of luggage especially during the winter and snow. I travelled with an elderly companion so we took a taxi on the way there costing €12 and on the way back to the Munich central station using an uber for €12.50. WiFi connection was fast. The quality of buffet was average, but comes with hot food and plenty of bread and cheese and cured meats.
