  • Spacious apartment with a 45-square-meter living room overlooking a green courtyard. Small balcony, modern, bright bathroom, and fully equipped, modern kitchen. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained and very pleasant residential building.
    Please note that an Ukrainian woman is staying as a guest in a separate room with its own bathroom within the apartment; she shares the kitchen.
    The total living space available is approximately 110 square metres.
    The “Josephsplatz” subway station is right in front of the building.
    Shopping, cultural attractions, and restaurants are just around the corner.
