The staff is very rude. Spa smells like a locker room that hasn’t been cleaned in 5 years. Best part was the bed. Other then that I don’t recommend

Hotel is very new and service was great, however, it is a bit too modern for families (ie doors in bathroom/toilet are glass and do not close). Also the restaurant in the hotel is very overpriced and next one is quite far away.

The hotel was quite new, clean, and very upscale. It was the best hotel that we ever stayed on our trip to Europe. I highly recommend it.

Disappointment property not as saying on your website, Vip property for a gold members but without any benefits, hotel had availability of Upgrading but chargeable, really Not matched my expectations

I booked this hotel a few days before I flew out. I didn't have many options to choose from. Now normally if I was travelling by myself I wouldn't pick something so expensive. I ate a couple of times in the bar - the weather was lovely and so ate outside. While I had no issues with the service of the bar - there was one member who stood out a lot more than the other. I just wished I caught his name because he was so positive and lovely and it didn't matter that I was here by myself. The food was good - the club sandwich was way too much food by loved it. I enjoyed plenty of cocktails while here and the drinks menu was extensive. The wellness centre which I went to twice both about an hour before it shut - was perfect for me as it was empty and I could enjoy the steam rooms, and sauna and even sit down and read a bit without other people distributing the peace. The place was the walking distance to a U6 metro station which I found really coinvent and could get to pretty much everywhere I need to go with ease. There was also a small supermarket on the walk back from the station which was very useful. An airport shuttle bus also stopped near this metro station and cost about fourteen euros for a transfer. My complaint was the fact the tea bags weren't replaced. That is just me being difficult. I loved my stay and while I probably wouldn't stay again cause it was too lavish for a solo tourist. I would recommend this to all if this is what you want from a hotel.

Great, safe business hotel
Great business hotel, clean, big modern rooms (stayed in the junior suite), and easy access to the U6 subway line. On-site restaurant has Augustiner on tap, so definitely worth a visit. And proximity to English Garden for walks can’t be beaten. Hotel staff took COVID protocol very seriously, which was great to see. Only negatives: the weights in the gym only go up to 9kg, and parking could be a tad cheaper.

A great location for travelling into the centre of Munich, close to the U6 for travelling to Marianplatz. Our room was amazing, especially the comfy bed and pillows! Staff were friendly and helpful and could not fault our 2 night stay

Great stay overall, place was modern sleek and convenient location. Express bus to the airport was just 5 minute walk away. Night shift front desk could have been a bit more informative and accommodating but overall great stay

Was here for just a night stay on a business trip. Check in was slow, but probably just unlucky with the two guests before me. Nice big bed and comfortable room but the positions of the lights were a little odd so felt a little dark. Should make the Wifi sign in details a little more obvious rather than have to switch on the TV to search through the A to Z. Liked the gesture of the bottles of water, and the shower gel etc was very nice. Breakfast had a good spread and especially liked the fresh honeycomb.
