The staff at this property were absolutely phenomenal, especially Renata who was incredibly welcome and a pleasure to speak to! There was a Greek restaurant just around the corner from the hotel that was mind blowing, do ask about it! I loved the Bluetooth speaker setup in the room, unfortunately the smart TV features didn’t work in my room, though I was here for one night so it didn’t negatively impact my stay in anyway! Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

A reasonable stay.
Great stay, but really not sure why a hotel like this does not offer coffee and tea in the room. This is my staple while traveling, so very disappointing. Also the desk is far to small to work and there is no food available for dinner other than frozen pizza. Breakfast had very limited vegan so not worth it for a vegan. Other than those small things, I was happy.

Well maintained rooms with everything you need, buffet breakfast was nice and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Munich

I have to say in 7 months of travelling, the staff (especially the supervisor at the front desk), were some of the least interested, rude and unhelpful hotel staff I come across. Location is okay but really not much there. Room was fine apart from the cleaner entering the room at 930am! If you stay, remember to put your door tag out!

Terrible hotel manager
The hotel failed to provide coffe and drinking water in the hotel room The sink and safe didn't work, and when I asked for it to be fixed, it took 3 attempts at asking 3 different people across two days to fix it. I was told that a repair man would be sent to fix it while I was out for the day. The "manager" came to the room and told me he would just move us, which I didn't want as we was all in packed and didn't feel, he started to raise his voice at me and started fighting. He just walked out without fixing the issue

Wonderful hotel, met all our needs was very busy due to G7 however this didn’t stop the staff delivering great service and a great product will definitely stay with this brand in the future.

Very bad reception services
i come here the staff was unfriendly at all with me, and they told me i should pay one extra night because am going to check in at 7:00 am, and she told my if you don’t want that you must tell me now.. even i called the hotel before i come and they told me i can check in without any problems and without any fees. But when i come everything is changed and i pay because i don’t know any thing in München ,and she give me the worst room in the ground level and she tell me this is the only room , i really want an apology and a refund of the extra night at least !

Fanns inte vissa utrustningar i rummet liksom Kylskåp, telefon, klädskåp, inga säkerhetskameror i korridorerna eller i hiss för att kunna känna mig trygg och bekväm, samt vissa personal som jobbar i receptionen och i köket eller på frukostbuffé platsen har inte trevlighet och vänlighet med att bemöta folk med leende eller morgonhälsning för att kunna känna mig en viktig och en välkommen gäst för att återkomma igen till dem. Vissa deras personal har inte erfarenhet eller professionellt serviceförmåga eller har inte servicekänsla med att hjälpa resenärerna, gästerna och besökarna med exempelvis stadsinformationer, kollektivtrafik informationer, turistplatser informationer vilket som leder till att vara missnöjd och man skapar dåligt intryck på deras kvalitet servicearbete som hotells förvaltningen och hotells ledningen är ansvariga att träna, utveckla och utbilda deras servicemedarbetare och receptionist personal.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Lag sehr gut in der Nähe von der Olympiahalle. Ganz gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Zimmer war klein aber reichte vollkommen aus. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind sehr begrenzt. Wer als erstes kommt, kommt als erstes. Ab 17 Uhr fast keine Möglichkeiten mehr zu parken am WE.

Im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung
Kein Sternestandart erkennbar. Service wirkt etwas überfordert, jedoch sichtlich bemüht. Wie mittlerweile üblich in vielen Hotels, sind Bar und Rezeption in einer Theke integriert. Die Rezeption führt somit die Tätigkeiten der Bar und umgekehrt aus. Servicemangel macht sich anhand solcher Indizien eben stark bemerkbar. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich. Keine Möglichkeit Getränke auf das Zimmer schreiben zu lassen, auch nicht durch Hinterlegung einer Kreditkarte zur Sammelrechnung, dies sei laut Aussage zu zeitaufwändig und da kein Standart vorhanden, auch nicht vorgeschrieben. Als Geschäftsreisender eher etwas irritierend. Parkhaus kann bei Check-Out nur durch Ausstellung einer Papierkarte verlassen werden, anstatt digital eine Lösung anzubieten. Das reduziert natürlich den Grünen Nachhaltigkeits-Nutzen. In großem und ganzen in Ordnung, wird jedoch nicht mein Favorit werden.

Wir haben einen Zwischenstopp in München gemacht auf der Durchreise nach Italien. Dafür war es perfekt eine sehr gute U-Bahn Anbindung ins Zentrum. Leider waren wir zu dem Oktoberfest da. Dadurch war es sehr voll aber das Hotel hat an Service Sauberkeit Lage nicht darunter gelitten. Spiel die Preise waren zu derzeit natürlich sehr hoch, aber dafür war dieses Hotel noch in einem top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unter all den anderen Anbietern.
