I have mixed feelings about my stay. On the positive side, the location was absolutely excellent and very convenient. Also, the staff members were great—very friendly and helpful throughout my stay However, the hotel itself was not the best and quite disappointing in terms of quality and comfort. It didn't feel worth the price for the room standard provided. It’s a good choice if you only care about location, but if you are looking for comfort and quality, it might not meet your expectations

Perfect place to stay!

Good location within a short walk of train station and tram stops. Staff were friendly and very helpful (improvising a vase for our mother's day flowers). Rooms were clean and well-equipped, but there were some style-over-substance design choices (e.g., glass cylinder shower that clogged and overflowed, tiny wash basin). Not many options for food - particularly dinner - without a bit of a walk, mitigated by easy access to trams.

The hotel is gorgeous. The staff is great, they allowed us to have a early check in. The only negative was that they were having a conference in the hotel and the lobby was very busy and loud. The guest at the hotel did not have a place to sit in the lobby. It was loud and we thought that there should be a space where people can meet between meetings and not be at the lobby. There were a lot of people, and it was disorganized. I did not try the hotel's food so I can't comment on that.
