This place is very large.Wheelchair accessible lots of room for groups,parties huge backyard.Its very comfortable 4 bedroom,2 bath,2 living rooms,rec room/Bar.whole building right off of State Highway M-28 minutes from Pictured Rocks, Munising, Au train, Kewadin Casino,Foggy’s steakhouse/Bar,Xmas motorsports park. Right off the ORV trails. Enjoy the view of Lake Superior Grand Island and take in all the beautiful sunsets from the comfort of the living area. The large parking lot off of State Highway M-28 not only accommodates all size vehicles but also large vehicles hauling/pulling trailers.The outside has a fire pit and grill. This is a great place for family and friends that love all out door activities from snowmobiling, skiing, hiking, kayaking, boating, fishing, swimming and going off road on an ATV/UTV.

Recent updates include all new log furniture, memory foam mattresses, bedding, linens, stainless steal kitchen appliances, new shower and vanity in the bathrooms.Each bedroom has a closet and TV with cable. WIFI is also available through out the building.The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook even the largest meals! The Master bedroom has an incredible view of Lake Superior Grand island.

You will be very comfortable staying here and will want to come back again.

Fun and festive

The house is clean and nicely decorated. The beds and pillows are comfortable. It was a great place for the 6 of us to relax after exploring all day. For awareness, tourists stop by to take pics out front.

Christmas in June!

We had a wonderful stay at the Christmas house. I loved the mirror stuff on the windows. It was perfect for how many people stopped to take pictures of the front of the house. All the beds were super comfortable and liked the big bedrooms and both family areas.

This was a great place to stay. There was plenty of space and it was very convenient for all the sights along the coast of the UP. It was very clean and relaxing. Great vacation destination.

Fun Location

We had a blast staying at this Christmas house! Especially appreciated the night lights in each bedroom and the large space downstairs on the main level.

We had a great stay at North Pole in Christmas, MI. The property was very spacious so there was room for everyone, we had 8 total people so this was great to have a lot of room. Everything was very clean and it had everything we needed to have a great stay. The location is very easy to find and there are so many nice beaches nearby to choose from. Munising is just around the corner to the east and, Marquette is within an hour to the west. Au Train kayaking nearby as well, so many cool things to do nearby that we had trouble deciding which things to do during out 3 days / 2 nights here. We all talked about wanting to come back to North Pole VRBO again perhaps next summer and for a longer amount of time!

Perfect family gathering

My 10 family members stayed comfortably in this home. The one thing I will mention is that the kitchen is upstairs. We found it most comfortable to gather upstairs and only used the downstairs for sleeping. If you have anyone that has difficulty with steps just understand the kitchen and three bedrooms are upstairs and could make it difficult to keep going up and down. Other than that this house and host are the best.

The North Pole!

Great place! Very clean and easy to get to. Pictured Rocks and everything else that goes with Munising is a quick trip. Towels, bedding & air conditioning as it should be. No worries staying here. Thanks Danny!!

Snowmobile trip

Our group of snowmobilers stayed at “The North Pole”. It was very clean and great for us. Very accommodating and Dan was very responsive. I’d rent from Dan again! He was awesome. Very easy to reach trails and close to casino and gas station. Perfect location.

Looks like most of the place was remodeled recently. The appliances and shower looked new. We had a small problem and Dan was there in 15 minutes to fix it.

We couldn’t not have been more pleased with our stay. The North Pole house is meticulously maintained. Our kids absolutely loved the decor and exploring the awesome property. Beautiful view of Lake Superior from the master bedroom. The house has anything you might need for a stay up North. We enjoyed the public beach just 5 minutes down the road. Would 100% recommend and stay again if we come back!

We stayed with a member of our family who is a quadriplegic. He had plenty of room on first floor . Shower had an edge on it, so we couldn't use it, but huge counter had plenty of room for all medical supplies. Host was responsive and we had a great stay. Unique property. Will be back

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing trip. It’s in a great spot—quiet but still close to everything.Just a couple things to mention: the place is listed as handicap accessible, but the shower wasn’t very practical for someone who needs to transfer from a wheelchair—the doors made it tough to get in and out safely. Also, since the house fits a lot of people, it would be awesome to have a bigger table on the main level so everyone can sit together for meals or games. The kitchen was mostly well-stocked, but we did notice it was missing a few basics like a can opener.Overall, we had a great time and would definitely come back!

UP Retreat

Family get away to Munising and Pictured Rocks area. Few days of hiking and enjoying the sights. Perfect accommodations for our family. Home was super clean and perfect for our family. Great host, highly recommend.

Stay in Christmas

We were a little skeptical about staying in a place decorated for Christmas in June but we couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. Everything was so clean and set up well for a large family. We enjoyed hanging out both upstairs and downstairs and the kitchen was super functional. Our favorite part was how clean it all was, the white sheets and bedding and the white towels.

Christmas in July

Great location and the accommodations were amazing. Only suggestion would be a book for how to work TVs for local stations and the fireplace. We had a great time! Your place is fantastic!!!!
