"We arrived after a long stretch of driving and we were pulling a trailer. The staff went out of their way to assist us in parking the trailer in a secured area in their parkade and also walked us down the street to a restaurant to ensure it was still open and food would be available. Way above and beyond service!"

"Great option"

"Beautiful and historic hotel. A gem in Tlaxcala."

"excelente"

"What Diamond! Great place to stay."

"Beautiful hotel"

"Overall, the property is old, the room was little bit dirty, front desk very rude, the rest were very kind."

"Staff was very polite and helpful, parking right in the property, a small gym and a yard. New property. Very good stay."

"The Hotel is nice and clean just a suggestion ... have an extra blanket because in this time of the year is cold and the hotel doesn't have a heater, also just check your towels some of them are really old. Other than that is close to everything, the food is good the staff are all nice."

"The view and walking distance to centro."

"Hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is very nice and accommodating."

"Located in a quiet corner of town, this hotel offers secure gated parking just half a block away. While the bathroom sink has only cold water, the shower provides hot water with excellent pressure. Great coffee and sweet bread is available from 8:30–10:30am. Despite cold, 50°F nights making the bed chilly initially, the bedding is very comfortable once warmed up. From our room on the second floor you get a wake up call from the crowing roosters."

"Quaint and super clean place, near everything, right in the middle of historic places, the market, cafés, museums. Lovely place to stay."
