"We had a lovely stay overall. The staff member who checked us in, Raneem (apologies if I’ve spelled that incorrectly), was incredibly warm, helpful, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. She really set the tone for a great stay. The hotel itself is beautifully presented and felt very clean throughout the common areas. We did have a couple of small issues with our room, the wardrobe sliding door was already broken when we checked in, and after room service the next day there was still some dirt, hair, and small pieces of toilet paper left on the bathroom floor, so it didn’t look like it had been cleaned properly. Aside from those minor things, the service was great, the people were wonderful, and we genuinely enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back."

"Linen was of great quality. Bed comfortable although I found the pillows to be too big, automated room for curtains, lights etc. great river views. Very quiet. Lots of food choices. Great position to attend theatre shows across the river."

"Location is great, walking distance to everything. Parking is 45 AUD per night, easy access to motorway. We got a room on the 53th floor, facing the south bank, amazing view, we absolutely loved it. Room size is good, fully equipped. We stayed for 7 nights, but didn’t get the mid week free room service. Overall, we recommend this place and will definitely stay here again."

"Food in the restaurant and staff are great. Room is clean and comfy bed. There is just a big gap on the lift that our pram wheels get stuck on when getting in and off of the lift."

"The location was excellent. The pool was suboptimal. We received an email asking us if we would like to upgrade rooms which we did however we did not get the upgrade but were not notified of this. I actually would have booked a different hotel/room as we had been travelling extensively and needed a washer/dryer. The checkin staff was lovely but couldn’t help us at that point. Also given a wheelchair accessible room which we did not need - this room has very little (none) storage/counter space. Very little closet space. Tge studio is good for 1 person or 1-2 nights but too small for 2 ppl on extended stay. Staff, lobby, location all excellent though."
