Cottage rental "with birds" small cottage very flowery

cute cottage labeled, equipped to accommodate 4 people in any season; this very flowery cottage, in a green setting, located in Munster 68 at the beginning of the large valley set back from the road.
very comfortable, very neat, its location is a starting point for all hiking, cycling, 20 minutes from the ski slopes in winter, everything is possible.
to also visit Christmas and Easter markets, pretty Alsatian villages, market gardens, the wine route with its tasting cellars and the warm Alsatian atmosphere around a good glass of wine. Magnificent castles to discover, for example the very famous Haut Königsbourg. Also the road and the cheese house, tasting, buying, being informed, everything has been studied in order to satisfy you at best. In winter, when there is snow, it's quite a poem, the trees dripping with frost in the bitter cold, we only want to take the snowshoes and take a nice walk under a sky all blue. The cold is invigorating and to warm up, nothing like a good glass of mulled wine with cinnamon.
We also have a beautiful outdoor and indoor swimming pool located in a beautiful park.
You will see, the valley of Munster is one of the most beautiful in the Haut Rhin and the Alsatians are ready to make you discover the fauna, the flora, the many lakes and of course the gastronomy.

Comfortable chalet in beautiful location
The hostess was very helpful and friendly. The chalet was very comfortable for an extended stay ( we were there 4 weeks. The location was great. We spent many hours on the covered patio admiring the scenery and the garden. Location is close to town but with a rural feel.

Pleasant Alsatian chalet
A very pleasant stay at a lovely chalet, which was very clean and well-equipped. It was an excellent base to explore the Alsace region and only a 15/20 min walk to Munster with various shops and restaurants. The train station at Luttenbach is only a 5 mins walk – a useful alternative to driving if visiting places such as Colmar or Strasbourg. Our hosts, Claudine and Michel were most accommodating and helpful.

A perfect getaway
A lovely stay at this cottage in Munster. It’s the perfect base to explore the surrounding villages of Alsace. The host makes you feel very welcomed and provides lots of creature comforts and advice. We’d definitely recommend a stay here.

Un chalet avec des proprietaires aussi charmant que la location. Seulement une chose, le site web VRBO montre une carte avec le chalet au centre du Munster; c’est vraiment 20 minutes a pied (~1,6 km) de centre. Lovely cottage with lovely property owners. The one hiccup is the website VRBO advertises the rental to be in the city center of Munster. In actuality it is closer to Luttenbach-près-Munster, w 20min walk or 1.6km from Munster city center.

Retour à la maison loin de la maison
Très beau séjour chez Claudine et Michel. Ils nous ont accueillis avec un gâteau local fait à la main et une chambre super propre et bien rangée. Toutes les décorations sont tout simplement merveilleux et vous avez l'impression de rester chez vous. Il n'est pas nécessaire d'acheter un guide touristique à l'avance, car ils ont préparé plus de choses que vous n'en avez besoin. Des sentiers de randonnée aux cartes locales, ils ont tout ce qu'il faut. les deux couples sont super charmants. nous avons pris des dispositions pour que notre visite soit trop complète pour que nous puissions seulement leur dire bonjour le matin avec eux. Prévoyez du temps pour discuter avec eux. Ils sont de merveilleux hôtes. Munter est une jolie petite ville avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vos besoins quotidiens. Et bien sûr une vue magnifique. L'emplacement est tout simplement génial. Seulement 20 mintues en voiture à Colmar. Près de deux heures vous pouvez arriver à Strasbourg. Nous ne pouvons oublier leur grande hospitalité et notre merveilleux séjour. Je vous remercie encore une fois.

Beautifully presented, excellent location and very welcoming hosts.
The property was exactly as described and pictured. It was immaculately clean and very well equipped. We didn't find anything missing that we might have needed. One very small problem we encountered was immediately dealt with. The hosts, Claudine and Michel, could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Not only was there masses of information about things to do in the region, but Claudine had gathered together the most useful and supplemented it with her own recommendations. The location was also excellent; right on the edge of Munster in a quiet street, but with the town within comfortable walking distance one way, and the village of Luttenbach in the other. There was plenty to do, whether up in the Vosges mountains, or in visiting museums in Munster, Colmar and other surrounding towns. Taking everything together, probably the best gite we have ever stayed in.

Comfortable and welcoming
The bungalow was clean and attractive with everything we needed. The garden and outside area for sitting and eating was especially nice. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, and they provide plenty of walking guides and tourist information. The area round Munster is lovely, and very interesting. There are many well signposted walking routes. Highly recommended.

A chalet with all you need and a heart warming welcome
Munster is a convenient place to start all sort of exciting explorations from. We were most happy to be based in Claudine Groff's chalet and to discover the Alsace area from this comfy base. Everything we needed was there: All the kitchen equipment you might need during a one week stay, comfortable beds and soft furniture, firewood for the lovely open fire, internet access and last but not least a delicious Gougelhoupf, home-made jam and drink on arrival. We could not have been made welcome. Munster itself is well worth a browse with its cute little shops and restaurants and from our base we had access to all the stunning areas of the Vosges. Would definitely recommend you staying here! Once again thank you Mme. Groff!

Sehr schöne, liebevoll eingerichtete FeWo in Munster
Wir haben unsere Woche im gemütlichen Häuschen mit schöner Terrasse und wundervollen Garten sehr genossen. Die Wirtsleute Claudine und Michel sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Claudines Willkommens-Gugelhupf mit selbstgemachten Marmeladen schmeckt hervorragend, ob zum Frühstück und Nachmittagskaffee oder auch als Proviant bei Rad- und Wandertour. Einen herzlichen Dank und Gruß an unsere charmanten Gastgeber.

Wir sind immer noch schwer begeistert und erzählen es gerne weiter. Ein wunderschönes Ferienhäuschen mit allem was man braucht und noch vielem mehr. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen mit Gugelhupfe und selbstgemachte Marmelade. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, es war für uns der ideale Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge und es hat uns immer wieder Freude bereitet abends dort hinzukommen.

Schönes, komfortables Ferienhaus
Sehr gut eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einer Küche, an der es an nichts fehlt. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst freundlich und liebenswert. Wir wurden mit Gugelhupf, Getränken, Marmelade und Schokoladeneiern empfangen. Claudine informierte uns über die nächsten Ausflugsziele. Das Ferienhaus ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in den Vogesen und zum Radfahren. Die Veloroute ist ganz in der Nähe erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auch jederzeit wiederkommen.

Très agréable gîte
Hôte attentive, attentionnée et discrète. Gîte bien équipé et très propre, bien situé car proche de Munster, à 100 mètres de la gare de Luttenbach permettant de se rendre facilement à Colmar ou autres villages pour des visite en particulier pour les marchés de Noël.

Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé une excellent séjour à Munster, idéalement située pour randonner, faire du vélo de route mais aussi visiter les villages de la route des vins, Colmar ou Mulhouse. Le gîte très cosy est très bien équipé. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires très sympathique, toujours prêts à donner des conseils. Nous recommandons ce gîte et la région.
