Heat too hot, cannot adjust, room too small, elevator not available during morning, all elevators showed full and skipped. Waited for more than 15 mins until a service lift operated by the staff who asked us to join them.

Words cannot convey how beautiful both Murakami and the family who own this apartment are!!! Communication before arrival was prompt and Taiko even dropped any plans to pick me up at the local station saving me money on further transport.
