Nice hotel, a bit pricey but staff are friendly.

Nice Hotel, Good Food, Nice Staff. Clean Onsen facilities. Well maintained, but quite dated inside. Only big problem was my room smelled really bad of damp. Abit pricey for what it is, but the staff were nice and the food was good.

2年連続で伺いました。 温泉も料理も、部屋も満足だったので☺️ 去年は、源泉掛け流しの温泉が付きの、お部屋に泊まれたのですが、満室で今年は檜風呂付きの部屋でした。やはり源泉掛け流しの部屋が良かったです。 夕食も朝食も豪華なのですが、大人向けになっているので、特に朝食は、大人じゃない子供位の為に、納豆とか海苔とかあると一層嬉しいです。 あと、温泉卵苦手な人(私)いるので、ゆで卵？にしてくれるとか、少しだけ融通きくとありがたいです。ソフトドリンクをラウンジで無料で頂けるのも有り難いです。従業員の方も笑顔で対応が素晴らしいです。 女将さんに又来年もお願いしますと言われたので元気に過ごして又伺いたいです。実は今回1ヶ月入院していて、行けるか不安でしたが無事に今年も楽しい思い出が作れて幸せでした☺️ありがとうございました。

スタッフの皆さん笑顔で子供達にも何度も話しかけてくれて嬉しかったです。 食事も充分な量で、フリードリンクもあり楽しめました。 夜間のツレが戻らずフロントの方に連絡し、探していただいたり、ご迷惑をお掛けしました。 オムツ用のバケツなども準備していただきありがたかったです。 お風呂も気持ちよかったのですが、露天風呂は温度が高めで入れず残念でした。 又、部屋のドライヤーの持ち手が壊れているのかガタガタで使いづらかったです。 部屋の外の庭？に黒い衣類のようなものがました。 総合的にはとても満足です。 また利用します。

とにかく素晴らしいの一言です。亡母の法事で鶴岡に行った時に宿泊しました。 夕食の時、亡母の写真を床の間に飾っていたのですが、それに気づいた中居さんが素早く影膳を用意して下さいました。一緒にいた家族＋親族一同、この心遣いに驚くと共に大変感動を覚えました。施設や食事の素晴らしさは言うまでもありませんが、こうした中居さん始め調理場従業員様の心遣いが、他を寄せ付けない萬国屋様の魅力なのだと思います。心温まる宿泊を提供頂き、心から感謝いたします。

全てにおいて4から5の評価が出来る満足度の高い宿です。 車で到着時には、玄関に数名の職員の方々が配置され、笑顔で出迎え荷物の手伝いをしてくれます。 駐車場は徒歩3分位の離れた場所にありますが、マイクロバスで送迎してくれるので不便はありません。 チェックイン・アウトは待たずに素早く笑顔も爽やかで説明も効率的です。 部屋は、今回お安いプランだったからか低層階で窓からの景色も壊滅的だったのでカーテンを常に閉めていましたが、中は清潔で手入れが行き届いており不満は全くありません。 温泉は、1階と3階の2箇所ずつ4ヶ所あり男女で分かれているので、男女ともに1階と3階で1ヶ所ずつ楽しめます。源泉掛け流しの湯船は3階の2ヶ所に一つずつ、また露天もあり、クセのない泉質です。 食事は、きちんと手作りしている印象で嫌味がありません。特に、夕食の全体的なバランスや、朝食の鯛めし楽しんだ後の鯛出汁での茶漬け風は工夫されていて楽しめます。 最高級とは言えないが、よく教育された方々がサービスを展開している、素晴らしい体験が出来る宿でした。
