Awesome hosts Cinzia and Nadia made us feel super welcome and comfortable. The room was lovely, clean, and cozy. Great breakfast buffet too. The location is awesome with train station, Piazza Grande, lake, etc. in easy walking distance.

Caution for Comfort
The bedding and pillows are far too firm to be comfortable. The parking is quite convenient and is excellent. The TV in our companion room seemed no to be working. And the A/C in ours was not working, either. The breakfast is very good, and the office staff are extremely warm and welcoming.

Very good hotel, very clean, quite close to the station. The host is very friendly and helpful. But the lake view is not that spectacular (at least from the 3rd floor, probably better from the higher floor).

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit überaus freundlichem Personal. Für Autofahrer bedingt geeignet, es gibt nur wenige Parkplätze und alles sehr eng und schwierig anzufahren. Man findet aber schon Parkplätze gegen Gebühr in der Umgebung.

Der Empfang und die Einweisung waren sehr persönlich. Das Frühstücksbüffett war ausreichend. Das Personal sehr liebenswürdig und zuvorkommrn. Kann das Hotel weiter empfehlen.

Im Bereich vom Frühstücksraum beim Balkon sind Blumen aus Kunststoff. dies sollte für ein gutes Hotel nicht vorkommen.

Cinzia e Nadia ci hanno accolto con calore e simpatia. La nostra camera aveva un piccolo balcone vista lago che ha reso ancora più gradevole il soggiorno. Colazione abbondante con frutta fresca, formaggi, salumi e cornetti fragranti. Pet friendly.

Weekend a Locarno
La mia esperienza è stata positiva. Il lago è raggiungibile con una breve passeggiata dall'hotel. Camera silenziosa provvista di condizionatore è tutto il necessario per il bagno. I check-in è stato rapidissimo anche grazie alla possibilità di inserire i documenti online gentilissime le due conduttrici dell'hotel mi hanno informato di tutto e fornito del ticket Ticino da cui ho ricevuto diversi sconti durante il soggiorno. Colazione fatta in veranda con tutto quello che necessita. L'orario di chiusura e apertura dell'hotel non da nessun problema avendo una chiave magnetica per l'ingresso dello stesso. Parcheggio per l'auto è abbastanza capiente non ho avuto nessun problema.

Die Unterkunft war sehr Familiar. Die Gastgeberinnen waren sehr sehr freundlich und man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Die Zimmer schön eingerichtet und Sauber. Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt.
