"If I could give this hotel 20 stars, I would. It’s practically brand new (less than five months old) and everything about it is exceptional. The location is perfect—right across from the bus station, with a pedestrian walkway behind the hotel that leads you through all the best shops in Bari, straight into Old Town and down to the ocean. No cars, just a beautiful walk. The hotel itself is state-of-the-art, thoughtfully designed, fully accessible, and equipped with fast, modern elevators. Every detail in the rooms is well planned and comfortable. Parking is incredibly convenient—just about 20 steps to the right of the hotel. It can be a little tricky to find at first, but once you do, it couldn’t be easier. The staff truly made the experience. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and attentive. The included breakfast was outstanding—one of the best we’ve had. And the rooftop bar? Absolutely amazing. Great atmosphere, excellent food, a talented chef, fantastic music, and a bartender who really made the experience special. This hotel exceeded every expectation. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"The hotel is exactly what we needed: in the very center of the city, close to the train station and all the amenities the city of Bari can offer. The owner is very responsive and has a store right besides the hotel for your questions. Highly recommended!"

"The room was large and very clean. The staff was excellent and the breakfast very good. It is easy walking distance from the train station and 15 min from the old town. "

"It’s a little difficult to find. Make sure to check in with staff 48 hours beforehand. They are rarely on property which was strange but it works out. They provided excellent videos on how to enter the property, find your room and so forth. The room was tiny, smaller than some typical Western closets however the bathroom was almost the same size as the bedroom. Spacious for a European bathroom. The provided hairdryer and hair flatiron came in extremely helpful as I spent hours drying out y clothes from the rain. Downside was zero heat - cold room and a very hard and small bed. No extra linens to be found and wihh to no one on property I just had to sleep in literally all the clothes I packed to stay warm. Breakfast was small and would have been nice if private, but the staff hovered and made it clear they wanted me checked out and gone sooner rather than later. Like many old buildings the walls are thin and floorboards are loud so quiet is not an option. It was a strange experience, but not a bad one. I felt safe staying there alone and aside from freezing it was kind of nice to have the privacy of no one else around. "

"Do not recommend this hotel at all. It was very run down and didn't feel safe at all. Very expensive for lack of quality. Will definitely stay elsewhere in the future. It was awful!"
