  • Eco-sustainable house is built with green building techniques, electricity produced with photovoltaic panels and hot water from a solar thermal system, the composter in the garden allows guests to contribute, with the recovery of food waste and their transformation into compost, to the reduction of harmful emissions into the atmosphere. The apartment is located in a very peaceful setting, not far from the sea, sheltered from noise and in a well-ventilated position, enjoying a climate without summer heat. These characteristics make it naturally fresh, so it is as pleasant to stay indoors as it is outdoors. The large size of the bedrooms (three) and the living room (over 35 m2) allow full livability even for large groups. For eating in the open air, a large gazebo is available to guests of the house, furnished for relaxation. It is a cool and breezy space. The house is equipped with linen and everything needed for a pleasant stay. If necessary, cot, high chair for small children.

Wonderful stay in excellent appartment

Hilltop location = best of both worlds. Quiet and peaceful at night but a short downhill walk to busy town. Loads of amazing beaches to explore. Hosts were wonderful - homemade limoncello and marmalade were a treat! Very knowledgeable and helpful hosts and the appartment was perfect - spacious and very well equipped. A wonderful stay - would absolutely recommend.

Wonderful place!

The apartment is very clean, cosy, fully equipped, you will find here everything that you need for living and good vacations - you can take beach umbrellas, chairs and children sand toys to the beach. Garden is ideal for safe children playing and family dinner. Children enjoyed company of nice lizards; also could eat strawberries while we could use basil and other herbs in our daily meals. And of course Carla and Nazario are very sincere, careful and hospitable people! Thanks for you hospitality once again! We would really recommend this place to other travelers.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung mit wunderbaren Gastgebern

Schon bei der Begrüßung wurden wir herzlichst empfangen mit selbstgemachter Marmelade und und Limoncello. Die gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit liebevoll gepflegtem Garten war für unsere Familie der ideale Rückzugsort nach den Tagen am Strand. Hierfür haben wir übrigens von unseren tollen Gastgebern eine Strandausstattung bereitgestellt bekommen plus Strandspielzeug für die Kinder. Auf den Punkt gebracht, es hat uns an nix gefehlt und wir konnten den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen.

Wonderful

Carla und Nazario empfingen uns herzlich mit selbstgemachtem Kuchen, Marmelade und Limoncello - herrlich. Das Erdgeschoss des Hauses wird vermietet- oben sind nur selten die beiden Besitzer so dass es absolut ruhig ist. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen herrlichen Weitblick in die bergige Umgebung. Die Bergstraße des Hauses ist eine Sackgasse so dass kein Straßenlärm zu hören ist. Man kann zu Fuß zum Strand wenn man den steilen Weg in Kauf nimmt - für uns war das kein Problem. Die Strände sind wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und hat alles was man braucht - sogar Insektenschutzgitter an den Fenstern und einen Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. ölen Dank an Carla und Nazario!

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes und gut eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Das Haus hat einen sehr schönen Garten, mit Blick ins Grüne. Zum Meer gelangt man zu Fuss über einen steilen Weg (inkl. Treppe), ca. 7min. Der Strand ist sehr schön, flach abfallend, klares Wasser. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Es war sehr schön!!

wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir waren rundum glücklich mit unserem Ferienhaus. Wir kamen erst abends (und im Regen) an. Carla und Nazario erwarteten uns und begrüßten uns mit einem selbstgebackenen Kuchen, Marmelade (sooo lecker) und Likör. Das Haus ist geräumig, bestens ausgestattet und mehr als sauber. Es gab sogar Strandspielzeug, der Grill wurde für uns vorbereitet und es wurden Kochrezepte geteilt. Nazario und Carla sind unglaublich hilfsbereit und lieb. Die Lage ist für einen Strandurlaub auch toll. Man ist wirklich auch mit Kindern in zehn Minuten zum wunderschönen Sandstrand gelaufen und auch der Aufstieg (über Treppen) ist gut zu schaffen. Ende April hat eine tolle Strandbar mit sauberen Toiletten geöffnet (definitiv ein Plus ). Wenn es überhaupt einen Kritikpunkt gibt, dann dass das Haus relativ dunkel und kühl ist. Im Sommer sicherlich sehr angenehm. Für uns im ungewöhnlich kühlen April war es ein bisschen kalt. Aber die Sonne scheint lange auf das Grundstück und man findet immer ein schönes Plätzchen im traumhaften Garten für den Espresso in der Sonne. Vielen Dank Carla und Nazario

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung an der Costa Rei

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub an der Costa Rei. Wir sind spät Abends angekommen und wurden sehr herzlich von Carla & Nazario empfangen. Es wurde uns alles in Ruhe erklärt und wir bekamen viele Infos zur Umgebung inkl. Infomaterial zu umliegenden Stränden und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Wohnung haben wir in einem Top Zustand übergeben bekommen, blitzsauber und alles vorhanden, was man benötigt inkl. Strandhandtücher, Stühle, Sonnenschirme uvm. Die Wohnung ist gross, geräumig, verfügt über eine Klimaanlage, W-Lan und mehrere Schlafzimmer. Dazu kann man den schönen Garten und die Terasse mit nutzen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ebenfalls optimal. Sie liegt leicht erhöht in einem sehr ruhigen und gepflegten Wohngebiet. Mit dem Auto erreicht man in wenigen Minuten sämtliche Strände. Die Strände sind wunderschön, sauber und das Wasser Kristallklar. Mit dem Auto kann man super an den Stränden parken, es gibt überall ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten. Auch das selbst verpflegen klappte problemlos. Im Ort gibt es genügend Einkäufsmöglichkeiten, sowie Restaurants, Pizzerien, Eisdealen und alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir haben unseren Urlaub wirklich sehr genossen und würden nächstes Jahr gerne wieder kommen:) Auch nochmal ein ganz großes Dankeschön an Carla & Nazario für euere Gastfreundlichkeit! Wir haben uns bei euch sehr wohlgefühlt. Und gebt der kleinen Birba ein Küsschen von uns😘🐾 Liebe Grüße Lucia & Bodo

Abitazione ubicata in zona tranquilla bel giardino con occorrente per mangiare fuori più barbecue e doccia esterna con acqua calda! All'interno cucina attrezzatissima e nuova con tutti accessori anche lavastoviglie e macchina per caffè! Molto spaziosa sia le tre camere che reparto giorno. Entspannte Tage auf Sardinien

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Auch Dank der tollen Unterkunft, in der wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig am "Berg". Auto also sinnvoll. Zentrum, Strände usw. problemlos zu erreichen. Die Strände sind ein Traum!!!! Muss man einfach mal dagewesen sein. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, sehr sauber und die Vermieter sind spitze! Schon alleine deshalb lohnt sich ein Besuch ;-) Wird nicht unser letzter Urlaub dort gewesen sein :-) Vielen Dank!

Una vera vacanza al mare!

Volevamo trascorrere una vacanza in tranquillità, a due passi (...o poco più) dal mare e in un ambiente il più possibile familiare e grazie a Carla e Nazario abbiamo soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. La casa è ben tenuta, pulitissima e dotata di tutti i comfort, anche per la cucina. Il terrazzo permette di trascorrere fresche serate tranquille. È facile raggiungere anche a piedi la favolosa spiaggia di sabbia bianca dove il mare è trasparente e i bambini possono giocare liberamente. Carla e Nazario sono stati estremamente gentili e cordiali: ci ricorderemo a lungo della loro ospitalità. Occasione da non perdere anche per famiglie numerose come la nostra.

Das Haus verfügt über zwei Wohnungen. Wir hatten die im EG (3-Zimmer Wohnung) Man konnte die schöne Grünanlage mit Grill nutzen. Handtücher / Badetücher / Sonnenschirme / Stühle für den Strand alles vorhanden...sogar der Korkenzieher...

Tolle Wohnung an erhöhter Lage in Costa Rei

Gastfreundschaft: Sehr netter Empfang, detaillierte Informationen zur Wohnung und Umgebung erhalten. Wohnung: In sehr gutem Zustand, sehr gepflegt und top sauber, inkl. Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Infrastruktur: Spielsachen für die Kinder an den Strand, 2 Klappstühle, Luftmatratze, Badetücher, usw. steht alles zur freien Verfügung. Lage der Wohnung: An erhöhter Lage, zu Fuss via Treppe 5 - 10 Min. für an den Strand. Am besten jedoch per Auto erreichbar. Man kann sehr gut nahe dem Strand parkieren. Costa Rei: Sehr schöner und sauberer Strand. Das Meer war fantastisch, klar und rund 24 Grad warm. Unsere Kinder waren noch nie solange im Meer, wie in Costa Rei. Vielen Dank an Carla und Nazario für die 10 schönen Tage in eurer Ferienwohnung und die herzliche Betreuung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und möchten 2017 gerne wieder kommen.

A very nice appartment

We stayed in this appartement with 2 kids (11,13 years). We had a warm welcome of the owners of the appartment and they took enough time to explain certain things about the appartment. The appartment is very well equipped and very clean!! There is a nice garden where we could sit in the morningsun. The appartment is close to the very beautifull beach. Costa Rei is also a very nice village. In the period that we were there is very quite and numerous shops are closed untill the highseason starts. We would advice this appartment to our friends!

Schöne Wohnung mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten

Schöne, geräumige Wohnung in einem sehr guten Zustand. Alles was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub benötigt ist vorhanden und in einem guten Zustand. Klima und Heizung funktionieren. Nichts wirkt abgenutzt oder verbraucht. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es dennoch für den in Italien nicht vorhanden Trittschallschutz. Hier kommt es dann immer darauf an wer über einem wohnt.

Appartamento con giardino bello

Die Wohnung war zusammen mit dem wunderschönen Strand und den guten Restaurants das Highlight des Urlaubs. Sie liegt etwa 10 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt, die Räume sind sehr sauber und groß, die Ausstattung komplett. Im gepflegten Garten kann man lange Abende genießen. Wir empfehlen sie gerne weiter.

Wunderbare Tage

Wir haben fünf wunderbare Tage in Feriengaus an der Costa Rei verbracht. Schon zur Begrüßung erlebten wir eine große Gastfreundlichkeit. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, gepflegt und sehr sauber. Der Garten ist wunderbar, allerdings gibt es Stechmücken. Fliegennetze vor allen Fenstern schützen aber das Wohnungsinnere vor Mücken. Um auf die Küste zu sehen, muss man einige Schritte gehen, bevor sich ein überwältigender Blick auf den Strand bietet. Der ist auch zu Fuß über lange Treppen zu erreichen. Insgesamt empfiehlt sich aber ein PKW. Im Haus befindet sich eine weitere Ferienwohnung. Insgesamt empfehlen wir die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter.
