    The villa is located 50 metres from the beautiful Costa Rei beach and boasts breathtaking ocean views. It features an outdoor patio with granite pillars that leads to the living area, complete with a fully equipped kitchenette and a sofa.



    The sleeping area includes two bedrooms with double beds, a third bedroom with twin beds, and two bathrooms with showers.



    The villa is equipped with:



    - Air conditioning in every room

    - Dishwasher - Washing machine

    - Refrigerator with freezer

    - Satellite TV - Wi-Fi

    - Outdoor area equipped with a table, chairs, and a barbecue.
