Villa Maria Lina 150 meters from the beach of Costa Rei

Villa Maria Lina is located in a well-maintained holiday home complex called Turagri, situated at the far end of Costa Rei. The complex features small villas thoughtfully arranged to ensure privacy and comfort for each one.
Villa Maria Lina boasts an enviable location within the complex, as it is easily accessible both from the private car park—where it has a designated parking space—and on foot from the beach, thanks to a pedestrian gate at the back that leads to the road running directly to the sea. Also within walking distance are shops and amenities such as a supermarket, a children’s playground, a local market, a bar, a restaurant, a pizzeria, and a tourist office.
Villa Maria Lina is entirely on the ground floor but also has a mezzanine level, which is not suitable for adults. It features a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, and a TV area; two double bedrooms (one of which can also be configured as a twin room); a modern, fully equipped kitchenette; and a bathroom with a shower stall. The loft, accessed via an internal wooden staircase, has two single beds.
Outside, there is a spacious veranda furnished with a table and chairs, a front garden with sun loungers, and a back garden with an outdoor shower and a built-in barbecue.
It features modern amenities such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and satellite TV.
is the ideal home for a comfortable beach holiday for a small family or two couples.
