    The apartment is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with 2 double bedrooms.



    It has a separate fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster.



    The apartment’s spacious lounge leads out onto the extra-large L shape, glazed terrace. The sunny terrace is south-east facing, has front line golf views and a direct view on the nearby swimming pool.

Enjoy the sun during winter

The glass curtains around the huge balcony are an absolute win for the winter time. When the sun is out it provides you with a second living room and a lot of space. The boiler was broken shortly after we moved in, but the service to fix the problem was excellent! The vacuum cleaner need to be renewed, cleanliness overall (especially the glass curtains at the balkony) was not meeting our expectations. Even so two bed rooms, this appartment has only one bathroom and hence would not recommend to be used for more than 2 adults.

Acogedor y cómodo apartamento

Terraza con ventiladores, con decoración funcional y cómoda. Se puede estar muy tranquilo y sin mucho calor en agosto. Vivienda acogedora, excelente ubicación de la terraza. Limpieza inicial, la batería de cocina un poco más grande. La nevera tenía una capa de hielo muy grande. Aunque en líneas generales y después de alquilar en Riquelme bastantes veces, nos ha parecido muy acogedor y cómodo, principalmente por la terraza.
