We had a fab stay. Kids made full use of the excellent games zone and loved the clean pool and snack bar. Our beds were comfy, had a brand new bathroom and was clean once again. Staff were very friendly and dinner and breakfast were delicious. It was a great first night of our hols.

"The location was utterly fantastic, right next to the main station and tram route so real easy to get around the city. The only downside was I had a ground floor room facing the street the was noisy with passing vehicles, trams and hearing people, also street cleaing happened around 3am and that ..."
