"Everything was above the expectations of what I expected. The hotel was beautiful and clean. Staff friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help get transportation to a restaurant in port pollencea for a special occasion. You could tell rooms were recently redone and the bed was very comfortable. Food and service was extraordinary and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area. Want to bring the whole family there next year to share the experience"

"Perfect stay. The hotel was even better than expected in terms of design and landscaping. Multiple pool options is nice and located 2 min from the beach. All the staff are all extremely kind and helpful. There is a buffet but they were able to advise with allergies. Provided a great cot and kettle when staying with baby. "The location is great - close to the beach and nice restaurants. The breakfast options were quite decent although the coffee is not good. The rooms were quite dated, the mattress and pillows were not really comfortable. Bathroom was small but comfortable. The staff is great and everything was pretty clean. The spa and gym are quite nice too. The air-con to the max is not really cold but it was fine to sleep."
