"Amazing staff , very helpful with transfers to Airport and any thing else you might need . Rooms very nice / functional. Great patios and ours overlooking the adult pool . The 3 large pools all very nice and we could manage to grab a spot before or after beach no problems. The breakfast was amazing and had everything you could imagine, high quality. Beach area one block away was perfect. If you’re looking for great steak try the EL patio down the street. Wood fired barbecue steaks with bone in to die for !!"

"Resort was perfect for kids, they had a blast! As a gluten free traveller, we travelled all the way from Canada to go to this resort due to its reviews/food safety. Hats off to Chef Miguel, who walked me around the buffet to show me exactly what was safe to eat. He did this without making me feel like I was interfering or bothering him from his busy schedule. His courteous manner made the service from great to excellent! He made my trip, he made me confident that what I was eating was safe, would tell me all of the food that was able to be made in the kitchen - personal pizzas, hot French fries, pasta. The family rooms were excellent/clean. The black out blinds were good (bring a sleep mask if you’re really sensitive). The room’s air conditioning wasn’t operating properly or at all when we first arrived. The first night was quite hot, they brought a fan. They fixed it but it never really reached super cool temps like in most hotels. They instructed me to leave the temp at 18 degrees but it was probably still in the 23-24 degree range. Some reviews have said the same thing about rooms not getting cool enough. There was sometimes a smell that seemed to emanate when the AC was on, not sulphur smell but something like that. It could have been just just our room. Pillows were oldly skinny, half the height of a regular pillow (could be more comfortable). Christina (guest services) helped as best she could. Overall, resort was great for its 4 star rating."

"Really good hotel – we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel grounds were a bit smaller compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at, which limited the places where you could dine, walk, or relax. The hotel was clean and well maintained, although our balcony wasn’t cleaned even once during our stay. The staff were lovely, friendly, and always helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel"

"It was a great experience, but the resort was extremely busy. It was tough to get chairs by the pool and the beach was extremely crowded. While the hotel is a beachside property it is not a private beach."

"Great suite room with excellent friendly staff. Only down side was seaweed on beaches that come and go with current but at that end of the bay is reoccurring. You can swim quickly past it to beautiful wonderful waters and long sandy beach. The buffet is AMAZING. staff was so friendly and welcoming."
