Stackable Washer/Dryer Microwave, Disposal, blender, dishwasher, refrigerator, 2 slot toaster and 12 cup coffee maker . 2 flat screen and 1 other TV, 3 DVDs, CD Player, 35 " Flat Screen In Living Room, Balcony with two chairs, love seat and three tables. Master bathroom has double sink and glass door shower only. Hall bathroom has a glass door shower/tub combo. Beautiful Condo with fountain view. **NO SMOKING**Pets allowed up to 35 lbs. but no cats. Bright Beach Package. Close to all conveniences!!! Enjoy the gym, indoor or outdoor pool, brand new pickleball courts and common grill area when you stay. Also make sure you check out the executive golf course, three par and disc golf. The three par is lighted at night. Golf passes available for weekly and monthly renters.
