Fantastic hotel, beautiful large room and bathroom, extremely comfortable bed and a great base close to walking distance of Vicenza as well as an easy train journey to Venice. Staff were great and sorted out our parking as we had a roofbox. Would highly recommend and if we are back in the area we will be staying here again.

It is charming! The staff are welcoming and work hard to make your stay a pleasure. A bit of style and comfort everywhere; arty books to read, a courtyard garden where breakfast can be served, a spa and well-designed rooms. About a ten minute walk in to the centre of Vicenza. Recommended!

Wonderful Weekend

It was a great weekend. The boutique hotel is in the middle of all the sights. everything is within walking distance. The city has many great museums, palaces and churches. There are also many culinary highlights that were recommended to us by the boutique hotel. Vicenza is a great city with friendly people and great hospitality. The accommodation and the people there were more than polite and courteous. The breakfast was also perfect. Very highly recommended.

What a great stay! My wife and I had been hopping all over Italy on a budget, and beds had been extremely harsh. So glad we found Antica Pusterla Relais De Charme. So roomy, clean and most importantly, comfortable! The staff were amazing, tending to our every need. Great breakfast menu. Optional parking and the sauna was a real treat! Great way to unwind. I will 100% stay again for my next trip to Vicenza. Just a short 10 minute walk to the old town center. 20 minute walk to the train station. Lots of great food within walking distance as well. Thank you!

I loved staying at Antica Pusterla Relais De Charme! The staff was so friendly. I stayed here twice on my trip, and when I came back I felt like family. The location is great--14 minutes from the downtown pedestrian area, but on a quiet street. Breakfast was great, and both rooms I stayed in were perfect. I didn't have a chance to use the spa, but the showers in the rooms were really nice. I will definitely stay here next time I'm in Vicenza!

This was a very nice property a short distance walk from all Vicenza has to offer. The room itself is quite large, has a beautiful bathroom and shower. It viewd right onto back patio. Breakfast is pretty good.

.Facility was beautiful. Christa was extremely thoughtful and kind. When she realized I would have a 3 year old with me, she upgrade me to a larger room prior to our arrival. Breakfast was light and tasty.

First we loved that the hotel was close enough to town to walk everywhere. Everyday, after a long day of touring, we arrived back to a very clean room. The bed was comfy and big and the hostess was very helpful with whatever information we needed: from scheduling day trips to where to buy a few necessities since our luggage was delayed. The breakfast was a great surprise and had many choices. Vincenza was a welcoming town and Antica Pusterla was the perfect place to stay to feel like a real “local”.

Absolutely brilliant experience. Only 12 minute walk right into the middle of town, hotel transfer from the station -literally text them and it was sorted. The little outdoor spa area, the very good Aircon, the efficiency of everyone there. Can't think of anything I'd suggest improving. We will be back

Great stay

Before arriving, their communication was fantastic. When messaging them that we would need to do laundry they even gave a free upgrade that had a washer in unit. They helped unload and park the car. The only thing I would change is to have an air conditioner in the room and not just the living room, but fan worked ok.

Lieu agréable et bien aménagé, bien qu'un peu excentré. Chambre joliment rénovée en rez-de-chaussée, mais literie inconfortable : deux lits dépareillés avec sommiers ressorts et deux matelas vaguement "rassemblés". Petit-déjeuner franchement indigent deux jours de suite. Mais surtout un accueil déplorable : nous avons osé sonner à 13h35, et il nous a été répondu par la responsable ( qui était-elle en fait? Elle ne s'est pas même présentée) que le check-in était à 14h. Précisons qu'il faisait 42°. Elle nous a cependant ouvert généreusement la porte quelques minutes plus tard... pour nous répéter que le check-in était normalement à 14h mais que par chance la chambre était déjà (sic!) prête. Sur ce, demande immédiate de nos documents d'identité et de notre carte de crédit pour payer les taxes de séjour et nous proposer une place de parking à 25€. Devant notre réticence, autre proposition : parking public extérieur à 15€ journalier, soit 30€.. Il s'est avéré par la suite que le parking était gratuit le dimanche et le tarif horaire au parcmètre nettement inférieur, ce que nous avons fait remarquer à la responsable - appelons-la ainsi - qui nous a remboursé 15 € de mauvaise grâce. Pas la moindre attention, pas un simple verre d'eau, pas la moindre information (sur le jacuzzi ?) Mais tarif des boissons dans la chambre : 2€ la mini bouteille d'eau de 20cl, sans parler de La capsule de café et des deux sachets de thé payants. Du jamais vu! Nous étions pourtant les seuls clients...
