Cozy Old Stone House in the Center

Experience the magic of an old Mediterranean town in our beautiful stone house located in the heart of Murter. Our house consists of a ground floor and a first floor, with two terraces that provide the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sea view. The ground floor features a courtyard, a rustic kitchen, a cozy living room, and a modern bathroom. External stairs from the ground floor lead to the stunning upper terrace that offers a breathtaking sea view. Upstairs, there are two comfortable bedrooms and another modern bathroom with a shower. One bedroom has a spacious double bed, while the other has two single beds that can be combined into a double bed. The living room on the ground floor features a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests.
The house has been renovated with the aim of preserving the traditional ambiance while offering all modern amenities. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including dishes, a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. The bathroom on the ground floor has a spacious bathtub and a washing machine, while the other bathroom on the first floor has a modern shower and everything you need for a refreshing start to the day. The air conditioning ensures a comfortable temperature throughout your stay, while the large LCD TV with MaxTV and free Wi-Fi provide entertainment and connection with the world.

he house is located in the old center of the village of Murter in the beautiful island of Murter. It has two floors and two terraces. In the ground floor there is a courtyard-type terrace, the kitchen, the living room and the bathroom. The stairs lead from the bottom terrace to the top terrace, which has a view of the sea. From the top terrace one enters the top floor which has two bedrooms and a toilet. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other one has two single beds. In the downstairs living room there is also a pull out sofa which can be used as a bed for two additional guests.
Although the renovations have tried to keep the traditional feel of the house, it has all the modern amenities. The kitchen has all the cooking utensils you could need, a fridge, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. The bathroom is rather spatious with a bathtub and a washing machine. The house also has air-conditioning, a large LCD TV with cable TV, and a free Wi-Fi connection.

Tolle Lage und Ausstattung, sehr schön! Leider sind die Wände im EG feucht, so dass es muffiger Geruch und ein angeschimmelter Besteckkasten die Folge war.
