Shingiro Hotel Guide - Musanze Caves hotels in Shingiro, Rwanda.

"Absolutely loved this place. Will definitely be back. I look forward to seeing it again when the outdoor area is finished. Food amazing. Rooms peaceful. The only issue was heavy slamming doors."

"Really enjoyed staying here for a couple of nights . Conveniently located for a stay while visiting the beautiful gorillas of the nearby Volcanoes N.P. The staff was super nice, the tent was cozy and was surrounded by the gorgeous peaks of the 5 volcanoes. Food was good and the property dog friendly and cute. Couldn't ask for more."

"So yes this was 100% a white lotus type experience. That said. The service was impeccable. We went to kinigi for gorilla trekking and Sambora coordinated every detail beyond the permits. They did everything from finding the right outerwear to finding us a great driver. Meals were delicious. We sat every night at a long table with other guests which was fun - we were traveling as a couple so was nice to mix it up. But yes. White lotus. Just be prepared."

"Norbert is amazing - so thoughtful. Made us breakfast at 6am bc we headed out at 615, and he also walked us around town the night before to grocery shop and find dinner. Awesome place to stay in musanze!"

"From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, the staff cannot do enough to make your stay a fantastic experience. Would highly recommend this hotel"

"Enjoyed the stay at Fatima Hotel. Easy to find, rooms are beautiful, and facilities are great."

"Beautiful hotel well located for hikes in the area. We stayed in the large cottage which is a very nice spacious option for families. Staff was very kind and accommodating (always went the extra mile) and as others have noted the food was really excellent. Light and healthy and tasted very fresh—the best food we had in Rwanda. "

"I had a great time at Virunga Homestay, I initially only booked for a few nights but then stayed over a week. Francis is a very considerate, helpful, and accommodating host. The place is very clean, spacious and quiet. The homestay has good wifi and warm showers and the breakfast was wonderful, I highly recommend it. I will definitely come back. "

"The house is a 15-20’ walk from the center. Difficult to communicate with the lady (no French, little English) but her husband speaks fluent French. Excellent breakfast, clean and spacious room."

"Wonderful lux lodge very close to Volcanoes natural park. Tasty menu included in room rate, well-appointed rooms and very friendly staff to make your time relaxing and comfortable. "

"We had such a great time here! Property felt safe and welcoming. Everything was very clean. Beds were comfortable and water was hot for a few minutes. Michael is genuinely the most hospitable person I have ever met on the road. He offered to pick us up from the bus station when we arrived, arranged transportation to and from the national park, and even invited us into his own home for breakfast. He went above and beyond for us and I would go so far as to call him our good friend. Would...

"We enjoyed our two nights pre-Christmas !! "

"The staff was very friendly and more attentive than any other hotel I have ever stayed at. The lodge itself is very outdated the price was high but so are all the other ones in the area."

"I booked a small single room which was perrfectly adequate for my needs. The wifi was challenging, but the reception worked on it and got it to work for me. Very friendly and helpful staff, the food was good, and they were open to fix us something not on the menu. Its located off the main road outside of the town center, but is still a walkable distance from the business centers. "

"The staff was the best part. They were so accommodating and friendly. The garden was also beautiful and the food was amazing. Highly recommend. "

"I was working remotely and enjoyed the peaceful vibe and strong internet. The views helped me relax after meetings."

"Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was cleaned each day and the breakfast was prepared well and largely on time as requested"
