Enjoyable Stay in Muscat Oman

An excellent hotel. Staff were friendly and efficient. We were given our room at 7am, even though check in was 2pm. The pool is divine, beds super comfortable and huge beautiful bathrooms. Highly recommend as a relaxing stopover. Thank you to all their staff.

The room smelled moldy and had mold on the walls and in the shower. Also, the room, as well as the hallway reeked of cigarette smoke as smoking is allowed on the corridor we were on. The laminate floor between our adjoined room was not secured to the ground. It would be nice if there was a microwave in the rooms, or available to warm up food. The fire alarm activated one early morning, with limited guidance. The nearest emergency exit did not have instructions on how to exit the building. There was also mold in the stairwell between floors 3 and 2. Although the rooms was below average, the service from the staff (majority) was exceptional! We were greeted with a smile. Shaunta and Ezra provided exceptional services. We also enjoyed staff at The Vault! There were many others that provided a warm welcome and comfortable stay for us.

Our stay

Quite confusing with the cleaning process where we had to inform reception if we wanted our rooms clean. Not with a leaflet outside or daily cleaning. Anas the receptionist was really good in trying to help us. In general there was a lack of interest to help.

Lovely modern hotel

Lovely hotel with beautiful pool area. Room was spacious, modern and clean with a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was also good. Location was conveniently close to the airport and near enough main attractions. Lighting in the room was too dim and staff could have been more attentive. Parking was limited
