"Beautiful hotel, grounds and staff. Made for the perfect base to discover Amalfi coast, Pompeii and an easy train to Rome. The pool is fantatsic and open until late, great for a quick refresh after a hot day exploring this part of Italy. Our junior suite room in the main building with views of the mountain, the grounds, the pool, Naples and even a bit of the sea was beyond our expectations."

"This was a great place to stay if you want to be out of the busyness of Naples. You really need a rental car but it is a short drive to Pompeii or hurculenium. About an hour to paestum. Great restaurants nearby but not really walkable. Rooms were clean and comfortable and staff were helpful. "

"We really enjoyed the staff here as they were always asking how our excursions went and if we didn't have anything planned, they'd be happy to set something up for us. We got a tour of the property and the gardens when we arrived. Super quiet and relaxing place to stay!"

"The hotel was clean and elegant. Cleaning staff always did a good job. Onsite meal options were nice if limited on time. Pool area was clean and pool was refreshing during the summer heat."

"The website stated there was an airport shuttle. I called ahead to make sure this was accurate. The woman at the desk confirmed. They sent a taxi(not a shuttle) which we had to pay for when we arrived. I asked about this to which I was told the shuttle had specific hours(not listed on the website) and that outside of those hours, they send a taxi at our expense. We should have been notified of this when we called. I asked if the shuttle would be available for our return trip in the AM. She said no, it would be a taxi again. At this point we had no choice. I said ok, we would need a taxi at 3am. When we came down for our taxi in the AM, there was a man at the desk who said we didn’t confirm that we needed a taxi so we didn’t have one and he couldn’t call one because everyone was asleep. I asked him repeatedly to please try as we had to catch our international flight he called and said maybe someone would call us back. Finally a taxi service from the airport called and said they could take us but they would charge us from the airport to the hotel and back. At this point we had no choice. So, after paying for the hotel, we also paid an additional 180€ in cab fare. "

"If you are in Naples this is the best property to stay at if you rented a car like a lot of us do. Hotel Cenacolo is in a great upper middle class neighborhood with plenty of parking right in front of it. I loved that a lot of locals come here so you get a taste of real people from Napoli not just the tourist industry people. They have a bar on ground level just outside which is open 24h and belongs to the hotel. They always have coffee, ice and drinks there at any time. During the day even pastries and such. Next door they have a big park for toddlers and bigger kids to play, it’s only €5 for the entire day per kid. They have bounce houses and large slides and ball pits. It’s great to entertain your kid and it opens late. Again a lot of local kids come here to play it’s super cute. You can see amount Vesuvious from the Balcony. Everything is very clean and the bathrooms are well designed and decorated. The water pressure is excellent and water gets hot quickly. They also had smart TVs in all the rooms which was a very nice surprise. The best thing about Cenacolo is its amazing staff. If you’re lucky enough to have Sarah at the front desk help you you’re in good hands and Giulia is the most amazing server and staff member we’ve ever met. She works so hard everyday to make your stay memorable. You MUST eat at their restaurant because the food is absolutely delicious. We looked forward to having dinner back at the hotel every night. Giulia would save us a place always. "
