The bathroom was large and the shower was adequate. The hotel is quite a walk from the railway station but isn't too far from the historic sites. Breakfast was good and held in a stunning room. The girl running the breakfast room was very helpful and was very friendly."

"A lovely small hotel in an old building near the centre of Trieste. The staff was very kind, friendly, and helpful. The facility, while fully renovated, shows its age, enhanced by the choice of an extremely dark decor and colour scheme throughout. Electrical outlets in the room are few and inconveniently placed, and the workspace is small. Mind your step in the common areas where the flooring is a bit uneven. I did not try the breakfast, which is extra. All in all, good value for money."
