"The staff was awesome but it cannot overcome my disappointment with the condition of the property. It is not well maintained…some bathroom parts are worn down. The lock was not working, the paint was peeling, etc. since the A/C is off at this time of the year, it’s quite stuffy . So, we have to open the windows. But because its location is right on a busy street, it is very noisy! But I really must commend the STAFF! They saved the day for us. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place."

"Overall, I would rate our almost 3-week stay 4 stars. The location was excellent – right in the city centre, close to everything, and within walking distance of the train station. The apartment looked just like the pictures listed on Hotels.com and was overall very nice. There were a few small issues during our stay. The bathroom had quite a strong smell, and the apartment was a bit dark. On our first day, the curtains and curtain rod fell down, but luckily they were light and no one was hurt. Housekeeping during the three weeks was rather minimal, and I ended up doing an extra clean myself after one visit. Unfortunately, soap and toilet paper were never replenished during our stay, so we had to buy these ourselves. That said, we still enjoyed our stay thanks to the great location and comfortable apartment, and we would be happy to return again in the future."

"Central location and a short walk to the canal and the rest of the city main sights. Modern and stylish room (but compact) on the first floor. Friendly and helpful staff and I was unable to finish the breakfast each day. A generous assortment of goodies. Only slight issue could be some road noise depending on the room if you’re a light sleeper. I was ok. Access to the main lift is up a few steps but there is a small stairlift that appears to be available to assist with this. Check if this will be an issue for you."

"Room was nice, comfortable and clean. Note there are two 1/2 sets of stairs if you are in the 5th floor. Staff help with luggage. The breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and very tasty. The staff made this a great spot. Very very helpful and engaging. "
