"Excellent hotel located in a nice and clean and safe area. Very close to the beach two minutes walking. Excellent breakfast provided and the hotel also provided a daily buffet from 5 to 8 PM. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean."

"**Tourist beware** The host does not include the exact location of the property in the listing and did not provide details about how to get to the property until after booking was complete. What the host hid from the booking: The property is up on a hill inside the park, which is NOT accessible by uber. You can only get to the property from a very rough and unsafe dirt road. The only option is to rent a car or hire a driver for extra cost. The owner did not disclose this very important detail before booking and when we realized it was too much of an inconvenience for us and would impact the quality of our trip, we were already past the refund period and we lost 50% of our booking fee (coincidence I’m sure…). This withholding of information until after booking is at best an unethical business practice and worst potentially a scam. Be careful with booking and ensure this meets your needs before booking so you don’t lose money like we did. "

"Two staff members went above and beyond, however all of the others couldn’t hide displeasure with having to wait for us to use Google translate to communicate. We consistently did our best. (When you work in hospitality, wouldn’t you expect that?) There is no area to sunbathe in a clothing optional space. The description felt disengenuous once we determined this. Building is not modern or updated, but is very very basic. Fun parties on weekends though. "

"DO NOT TRUST PHOTOS - completely misrepresented property. Current state: Property Condition: • Looks like abandoned hospital • Empty, dark common areas • Hot, unmaintained hallways • Appears possibly managed by neighboring hotel Room Issues: • Dirty sheets • Insects present • Damaged door (security concern) • Missing housekeeping service Booking/Check-in Problems: • Reservation not found despite advance booking • Payment verification issues • One key per room policy (additional keys cancel previous) Positive note: Bar staff was friendly. Value for Money: Poor Cleanliness: Poor Service: Poor (except bar) Property Condition: Poor Location: As advertised Would not recommend booking this property through any platform.
