"A lovely villa, great time was had. But attention is required to make it more comfortable. Positives:- Air conditioning worked perfectly- Pool area & outside area were great. - Room sizes are large and spacious.- Beds were very comfortable. - All bathrooms worked, we all had ensuites.- Baby facilities were plentiful.- Washing machine and plenty of clothes airers (pegs were lacking).- The house had separate towels available for the pool usage. - Rubbish collection was faultless - as this can be a problem in Italy which we have established on previous holidays. Negatives:- Lack of comfortable inside seating downstairs. You have to use the mezzanine level, but there are only 3 chairs. Also the TV downstairs is *so* loud the volume could not be changed. - No hoover but there is a cupboard dedicated to hoover attachments? Iron does not work. Dishwasher required rinse-aid. Coffee machine needed descaling. - Lack of storage in bedrooms and kitchen. We all had to live out of our suitcases. - There is not enough proper drinking glasses for the amount of people this house holds. - The hot water ran cold every night - 8 adults having showers was too much? - The sprinklers! The timings need adjusting. They come on at 2pm and create a slip and slide on the path. The amenities are lacking here. If attention is provided to the above *finer* details it would be a 10/10 villa."

Everything was clean and well maintained, and the property had a wonderful atmosphere that made us feel right at home.The location was ideal for exploring the area, while still offering plenty of peace and privacy. The host was welcoming, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay at Villa Livia again.
