"The service in communication was excellent at all stages of our stay. Information was supplied well in advanced and with clarity. It made getting into our apartment very easy and checkout simple too - we were even offered early check-in. The apartment is in a great spot of rowen, it was very clean and laid out well with a good eye to detail. The amenities were great and there was a generous offering of teas and coffees. The bed was comfy enough and air conditioning was located well. There was also a lot of great recommendations given. Overall a great place to stay with a super host with good communication."

"Relatively good location, a few meters away from all the action, but in a part of town that is a bit run down. The hotel is a building from the communist era. Parts of the common areas (e.g. the elevators) have only been partially renovated. Breakfast is average with staff sometimes looking overwhelmed."

"The room was very clean. Although I booked on the day, the price was reasonable. Staff at the front desk is not particularly helpful. The shuttle bus is something that you have to organise yourself, and the hotel does not have its own shuttle service to the airport. The part to hold the shower higher was broken, but very clean. it is 40/45 minutes walk from the town centre, but the bar/Kino Sisko at the back of the hotel is nice (only they have toasts to eat) place to have a drink. Although the front desk staff do not seem to like to be bothered, generally it is very clean, and the room is modern. If you do not mind being slightly away from the city centre, this is a nice place to stay."

"The staff is very helpful. We arrived late and they offered to park our car. The lobby is a little bit old fashioned. They offer a really spectacular breakfast. Overall very nice."
