Museum of Design in Plastics

Rooms are always immaculate, staff are amazing ,polite , friendly and helpful, shout out to Brenda at reception, she's gold ☺ , food is always delicious and cooked well, especially the tapas that we loveeee!!! Don't let the outside deceive you, it's excellent inside , rooms are quiet, air conditioning which is a must in the heat , beds are firm but comfortable

We stayed in the deluxe family room. It was a really good size and was very clean. Inside the room was very quiet we had no disturbances at all. The Hotel is in a fantastic location for visiting all the sites within Bristol and very easy to get to
