"I had to wait almost 7 hrs for my room.Totally not acceptable.The elevators only work sometimes.It’s a great location and I liked the room.But they have serious problems!"

"Do not judge this book by its cover! Our room was spacious and clean with a recently renovated bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and despite being with on the corner, street noise was not bad at all. The staff was so nice; dining recommendations were on point every time we asked! Would stay here again!"
